We had one night here and overall were happy with our stay. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station if you are dragging a heavy bag, though once you're there you are surrounded by lots of restaurant options. It is also quite busy - at times it looked as though the foyer couldn't cope with all the hotel guests. Our room was on an upper floor, clean and spacious and we were very pleased there was an efficient elevator - not something we always encountered in hotels in Peru. The bed was comfy, wifi was good, as was hot-water supply and breakfast excellent. It rained heavily during our stay and below our window was a thundering torrent of a stream that runs through the centre of town. Closing the window did reduce the noise level significantly if not completely but after a while the sound of the tumbling waters did provide a constant, pleasant backdrop.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location and nice view from the room. Restaurant that is located on the top floor makes your breakfast a special time. Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for everyone who travels to Aguas Calientes.

The location is perfect for everything you need. Walking distance from everything essential, food, pharmacy and transport. The room itself (clean and great space) was looking over the river and greenery and made it so restful. Staff were very kind and helpful. They made the stay the best.

Everything about this hotel is fine, the only thing that stands out is that the windows don’t seal all the way and you can hear the river and other people in the street. The owner was very nice and helped us with getting our tickets to Machupicchu. Bathrooms have a ventilation window to the hallway that can be opened from outside. Has a good view of the town.

Like other reviewers said, this place makes you feel like been taken care of by your grandparents. The two owners were super sweet. Our train ticket was at 7 pm and they let us hang out in the spacious lobby (more like a family room) for the whole day. The room we stayed has a great view of the mountain and waterfall!

Loved this hotel! This is a family run business and the two owners are the cutest and sweetest couple that you could ever meet. Staying there felt like you were being taken care of by your grandparents. I feel this hotel is underrated and is truly a missed gem in Machu Picchu. I stayed on the fifth floor in a double room and the views that I had were amazing and breathtaking. My room was a corner unit, which meant we had two views. One of the waterfall and upper mountains, while the second view was of the river and the main city *****. Other than hearing the sounds of the river at night, it was a nice peaceful room. Room was larger, clean and the bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. Breakfast was included in our stay and is located on the 6th floor with panoramic views of the town. This location is also great because you are close to many restaurants, about a 5 minute walk to the Thermal Springs and about a ten minute walk to the bus pickup location to Machu Picchu. They also allowed us to store our suitcases at the hotel, while we went to Machu Picchu, so that we didn’t have to find alternative storage, while away.

Hotel bem honesto e com atendimento de primeira linha. Não existe luxo e a arquitetura é aquela de Aguas Calientes, mas foram muito educados e acolhedores, nos ajudando em tudo que pedimos. O quarto e o banheiro são simples, mas atendem perfeitamente as necessidades. Ficamos apenas uma noite enquanto esperávamos o passeio para Machu Picchu e serviu muito bem. Sua localização, em frente ao rio, o torna muito de fácil de achar, onde quer que você esteja na cidade.

Conocer a uno de los primeros habitantes de Aguas Calientes, con una hospitalidad tan amorosa, que era sentirnos en casa, con la familia. Recomendamos este lugar por sus riquísimos desayunos, la habitación decorada con el estilo autóctono; cama y almohadas súper cómodas. Un ascensor que, luego de caminatas de muchísimas horas, es mas que necesario. Muchísimas gracias Gregorio!! Lo abrazamos desde Argentina!

Ni siquiera sé por dónde empezar de lo malo que es, la recepción no está alumbrada, las camas están horribles, te dan 2 almohadas por cama muy muy feas pedí más y se tardaron más de 1 hr en llevármelas aún cuando ya era muy tarde, la sabana que cubre el colchón está súper delgada y el cubre colchón está súper viejo, las cortinas estaban sucias, hay sólo un mueble de madera para poner tus cosas que prácticamente no sirve para nada, el baño super chiquito, tanto el lavabo como la coladera de la regadera se tapan, es imposible descansar por la cantidad de ruido que hace la gente que trabaja ahí y los bares de al lado, el desayuno "buffet" incluye 3 tipos de fruta, café, té, 2 jugos y un omelet asqueroso bañado en aceite incomible que sólo puedes "disfrutar" de 5.30 a 8am, el último día que estuvimos no había gas entonces nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría y no servía el elevador entonces a bajar las maletas por las escaleras. Lo peor es que ni siquiera es barato, no entiendo como es que tienen 3 estrellas, debería ser considerado hostal y no hotel
