Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Aguascalientes

Place is nice but disappointed. Showed up to check in, it’s about 55 degrees F outside, cold and chilly, the girl tells me that the heater in “some” rooms are not working, well what can I do, I complete the check in and go to the room…..the heater isn’t working but they have the AC on set at 17 degrees!!!! turns out and tallying to other guests, all the rooms don’t have heat. Needless to say the next day I woke up with runny nose. The internet went out, only one elevator works so you have to wait, wait, wait especially in the morning when everyone is heading out. The bathroom in the lobby has a toilet minus the toilet seat- what! Oh, and it’s been like that for some time because I noticed that a few months back when I first stayed at this place. They greet you with a coupon for coffee….doesn’t most Hampton offer free coffee anyways?? The breakfast is delicious and has good selection. I will not stay here when I go back for work…….it’s a shame because it’s conveniently close to the airport. If you plan on staying or booking here, call and make sure they have a working heater unless you want to freeze because it does get a super cold this time of year.

Buena estancia Lo que me gusto: Un hotel relativamente cerca del centro y de plaza altaria. Habitaciones adecuadas solo para descansar y bañarse Lo que no me gusto: Solo 2 toallas para 4 personas Estacionamiento no privado, cuando dicen que si, el carro queda en la calle.

Hotel is located near downtown area which is about 45 minutes away from the airport. Buffet breakfast extra and also provide simple dinner. Rooms are clean I was assigned a room without air conditioning and requested to change to another one.

El tamaño de la habitación es adecuado. La cama muy cómoda. La calefacción funciona bastante bien. (por las noches Aguascalientes por lo general es frío). El mobiliario se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. En la entrada de la habitación hay un sello que indica que la habitación se encuentra sanitizada El proceso de recepción muy agil, y en general la atención del personal te deja satisfecho. Hay los insumos necesarios en la recepción para cumplir con las reglas de higiene por la pandemia. Se sugiere pagues con tarjeta (crédito y débito). Hay disponibles plumas en recepción y una vez que las usas te indican ponerlas en un recipiente marcado para no reutilizarlas hasta volver a sanitizarlas. Antes de regresrte tu tarjeta bancaria o de identificación es sanitizada por la recepcionista. Quizá el único inconveniente es que los cajones de estacionamiento son algo reducidos, y por el diseño que tienen el estacionamiento se dificulta realizar maniobas.

The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean, there is a nice gym and even a rooftop pool. I especially enjoyed the included breakfast (tasted great and staff was caring and attentive) and the people at the desk (helpful and simply nice to talk to and get suggestions on food, etc.) I was here for work but when at the hotel you get rest and a relaxed atmosphere that prepares you for the next day.
