整體服務貼心又專業，不管是入住還是離店都讓人覺得舒服放心，沙發可以充電很方便！！下次來還會首選這家，強烈推薦！ 位置還特別好，離高鐵站特別的近！ 非常推薦，價值非常高，早餐也很豐盛，房間超暖，視野也很好！

房間很大設施很齊全也很新 酒店提供的牛肉麪和水餃也很好吃 酒店離雪場很近 每天接送去雪場隨叫隨到消息回覆特別及時 最主要我最喜歡的一點就是酒店的服務 管家24小時在線 而且服務態度特別積極 每個人都特別熱情特別友好服務特別細緻 每天都不用回房間衹需要回酒店前台就像回家了一樣有歸屬感 李哥每天接送我們都特別積極而且從早到晚像打雞血了一樣感覺他不會累 在前台的時候態度也很好很温柔很細緻第一天入住熱情的讓我都有點受寵若驚 前台兩位美麗的小姐姐也非常非常好 説話很温柔 服務和態度都特別好啥事會幹 餓了還會給我們煮麪條和水餃吃 這次北大湖體驗感真的超出預期比每年都有趣 因為感覺這次的酒店不衹是休息的地方 也是我們歡樂的一部分 每個人都很熱情友善 走的時候真是有點不捨 已經和他們成為朋友了 明年一定還來 真的給了我一次特別的住宿體驗

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton . The staff were absolutely exceptional. I was in touch with Vincent on we chat before I came and he helped us organise Christmas Dinner at the Westin . Throughout our stay he was there for our every need , nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to look after us . A real asset to the hotel . Other members of staff I’d like to mention - Julie at breakfast who noticed as soon as we came in , remembered and served us our drinks , laid the table with a knife and fork and anticipated our needs . Likewise Tyler in the Ski equipment area - who went out of his way to help us every day always with a smile on his face . I have to say that the service we received has been the best we’ve had in any hotel in China in the 18 months we’ve lived here . The location of the hotel was also excellent as it was right on the slopes and the next to the ski hire shop. I would highly recommend this hotel

這次在諾亞酒店連住了十天，不是短暫住一晚，是真真切切住了一段日子，整體感受特別踏實、舒服，真心來寫個真實評價。首先對我們自駕的人太友好了，免費停車場很大，每天回來都有車位，不用繞來繞去找位置。最加分的是有充電樁，十天裏車電一直滿着，出門完全沒焦慮，這點真的很少酒店能做到。重點誇一下前台服務。住了十天，每天進進出出，工作人員都很有禮貌，態度一直很温和。辦理入住、續住都很快，有什麼小問題都馬上幫忙解決，不會因為住得久就敷衍，全程都很貼心、有耐心，讓人覺得很被重視。房間乾淨整潔，每天打掃都很認真，住十天也一直很清爽，隔音也不錯，晚上休息得很好。安安靜靜、安安全全，長住完全不鬧心。真心覺得這家酒店很適合長住、自駕，不搞花裏胡哨，就是實在、舒服、省心。住了十天沒有一點想換酒店的念頭，下次再來，還會首選這裏，非常推薦！

真正體驗到“賓至如歸”的感覺！酒店環境好，公共區域乾淨整潔。房間設施齊全且嶄新，乾濕分離的衞生間使用便捷，熱水充足、空調給力，高品質的洗護用品讓人好感倍增。早餐品類豐富，中西結合還能吃到本地特色小吃，服務人員隨叫隨到，響應速度超快，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，都是絕對值得推薦的寶藏酒店！

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

對面就是商場門口就是地鐵站很方便，房間很新很乾凈，接近落地的大窗夜景超美，性價比爆棚，管理大哥也熱情，謝謝下次有機會還來

This is great! The hotel room is loft type with great views, rooms are clean and most importantly the ski trails and the view from top of mountain was the best! We had a trainer there and they have amazing services, from teaching us how to wear the ski equipment to how to ski. All of them were really friendly.

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!
