Very reasonably priced hotel with a good location, within walking distance of the main parts of town (approx 10mins). The owners and staff were very helpful. I recommend booking the forest trip directly with them at the lobby. The owners also have a farmhouse in the forest, and the trip is truly worth it. They guide you through the forest, teaching survival skills like starting a fire. Afterward, they serve a delicious lunch cooked on a hot stove. We also tried ice fishing, where we made our own hole in the ice. There are plenty of other activities to enjoy as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changbaishan!

Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!

這次的酒店體驗太棒了！房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，設施齊全且嶄新，床品舒適乾淨，讓我一夜好眠。酒店服務人員態度熱情友好，無論是入住還是退房，辦理手續都高效快捷，有問必答，還提供了貼心的遊玩建議。餐飲豐富多樣，味道可口，食材新鮮。公共區域整潔衞生，環境優雅。位置也十分優越，周邊交通便利，靠近許多景點和商場。下次出行，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這家酒店！

If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option.

前台服務態度很好，有什麼事都給解決。告訴無線網密碼在哪。 酒店位置:交通方便，附近有早餐店，快遞，還有超市。 衞生乾淨整潔，無死角！床單被罩能感覺到是新換的！ 賓館設施很齊全，坐便套，吹風機都有。這次住的很開心，就像到家了一樣。

到店比較晚已經天黑，因為行程變化分開定了兩天的房間，到店後詢問前台是否可以不更換房型，前台回覆集團目前不允許此類操作，表示理解，但是另外一個前台給我來一句 讓我取消了重新定（提前預訂的房價和當天價格確實存在差距…不知道她是不是有點不太好的態度）。房間較為乾淨，温度適宜，但洗漱盒內的梳子是上一個房客用了的，只有袋子…然後房間內有一瓶礦泉水是已經擰開過的..客房檢查可能還需要再嚴肅點吧？酒店的電視機巨舊…畫質差就算了、節目也沒幾個、不能投屏、沒有網絡電視…唯一的方便就是去雪嶺的車第一個上車點就是火車站了…

房間暖氣很足，比較智能化，有智能馬桶和窗簾，前台小哥小樸很靠譜，另外的前台小哥不知道名字，有休閑區，住店的客人都比較年輕化，還能擼貓，很有旅居氛圍，第一次旅行住青旅，比哈爾濱和長白山的體驗感都好，延吉人民也很好，下次去一定會回去住噠

和女朋友出行準備去天池，因為從吉林轉站到的時間比較晚，吉林車站不好打車。衹能緊急聯繫民宿，民宿裏的大哥賊靠譜，幫忙約上了車，還等我們到很晚幫我們辦入住。很幸運轉天到長白山能看見天池。週日離店的時候又趕上了下雪，打不到車。和大哥聊天的時候，大哥應該正在忙，手底下活沒停下，但是看我們走不了還是特痛快的放下手裡活先送我們去了車站，沒有耽誤車程。很愉快的旅行，很好的住宿體驗，也感謝一衹熱心幫我們的民宿大哥。

酒店位置距離旅遊旅遊集散中心比較近，還是方便，，酒店設施比較陳舊了，房間比較小，一抖窗帘灰撲撲的，也不知道多久沒有洗了，衛生欠佳。旅遊旺季勝在價格便宜。

1、選擇黃松浦林場作為此次長白山之旅真的非常明智，特別順利且幸運的看到了天池。老闆人很好服務特別熱情提前給我們安排了司機接站，直接送到住處，帶着小孩和長者就真的非常方便。 2、從這裏進山可以提前進，早上6:00就很多人了，聽老闆的建議最早一班6:20真的很順利，下山後人臉識別還退款25，不要小看這25，三個人就是一份出租車費，讚的。 3、非常順利的看到了絕美的天池，而且天氣真的超級不錯，幸運的一次旅行。 4、住的是大炕，小孩非常喜歡，滾來滾去，特別開心説下次還要住這裏。老闆還開車給我們送到了皇冠温泉酒店，真好，天然居客棧推薦。

一般我不會寫評價，可是我懷着十分感動的心情寫下這篇評論。店位置距離長白山遊客集散中心很近，起步價車程，本身酒店沒有寫接送服務，因為這個價格還要什麼自行車。麻雀雖小五臟俱全，很乾凈，冬天有暖氣暖和着。而且這裏貓狗雙全特別乖，這個價格還能擼貓擼狗！看到評論區説可以送去集散中心就問了問老闆娘，老闆娘很爽快的答應了，她還一個人經營着一家洗衣店，即使店裡忙碌也專門開車送我和同行的小哥哥過去。長白山下山路途遙遠，晚上做大巴到集散中心已經六點多，而我有七點的火車，下一站的酒店也已經訂好不能退，遊客很多這個點車特別不好打，心急如焚的我無奈打電話求老闆娘送我去車站，老闆娘二話不説便停了洗衣房的活，拉上我的行李來接我去車站。説什麼也不收我的錢，油錢都不要。真心比真心，一個人出來玩真的被感動到，東北人的熱情豪爽體現的淋漓盡致，面對一個衹見面兩天的陌生人如此盡心盡力，我的感動無以言表。我在此衷心的感謝老闆娘，生意興隆一定發財。絕對不是水軍，一個人出門遇到這樣的好人真的很幸運，好人一定會有好報，大家來長白山玩對環境要求不是特別高就可以來！價格親民對學生黨很友好，老闆娘會熱心腸的給你説各種攻略介紹司機，甚至親力親為的幫忙！如此價格如此服務，真的希望大家多多支持來就對了，物美價廉親身經歷，真的沒有想到一個人出遠門不僅沒被宰還被如此照顧，在零下十幾度的二道白河鎮也是十分温暖

暖氣很足，房間設備乾淨整潔，老闆娘很熱情，細心指導遊玩線路，旅遊高峯期避開長白山北坡集散中心酒店價高，從民宿打車也就是起步價就能到北坡集散中心，去白河小鎮和二道街小鎮起步價就行，好吃的都在這兩個街上。

老闆人挺好的，第一個房間空調不製冷老闆還親自上陣加冷媒，實在沒法了給我們換了房間。酒店應該是老賓館翻新的，可惜我的房間是舊款壁紙都起皮了，偷瞄到其他新裝修的房間還不錯。酒店門面在大馬路邊但房間朝巷子裏所以不吵，停車可能要周邊尋找一下。洗澡和洗手枱水都比較小。離著名冷麪店和商場就幾百米距離還蠻方便。

設施：離雪場很近，就在山下，房間都是新裝修的，看上去比圖片好。 衞生：新裝修的房間，很乾凈。 環境：周圍很肅靜，晚上可以睡的很好，房間隔音很不錯。 服務：老闆非常熱情，幫我們解決了很多問題，樓下的湘菜很正宗，和在湖南吃到的是一個味道，價格很實惠。

自己來松花湖滑雪，早上8點到的想寄存行李，就加了老闆姐姐的微信，我滑完雪之後阿姨還給我送到樓上了，真的很貼心🥹 幫我最大的忙是老闆姐姐借給我她辦公室電腦弄作業。晚上十點發現第二天要交作業，問了下老闆説雪場附近沒有網吧，要用的話就得下山，後來説不急的話可以第二天中午去辦公室用她的電腦弄一下，我中午下了雪之後去辦公室，姐姐還讓叫了擺渡車司機接送我5555555555。真的感受到自己出來玩遇到很善良的人會更加感到温暖。 房間住的也很舒服，在二期離雪具大廳很近，主要是姐姐真的人好好，以後一定發大財！！下次再見！！

Great stay here!!! The host is amazing help us sort everything we needed for our trip including taxi pick up from airport and to train station. Help us get all our skiing equipment and clothing. Would highly recommend staying here, great place great host and great skiing. Hopefully we shall return next year.

非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面很乾凈。店家很熱情，免費提供雪場內接送，雪票雪具教練店家直接搞定，有優惠，找的教練很專業技術超高，很省心，管家從房間接到雪場，還會幫忙取雪票租雪具，然後帶領我們跟教練集合，真是一條龍服務，總體下來我覺得比一期強太多了
