Hotel provided a fantastic experience. The hotel's strengths are its cleanliness, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!

Good for stay at very reasonable price. It's up to your pocket situation how good stay it is. I'm satisfied with such facilities and room conditions,anyway. Just don't expect too much.

Very comfortable room and especially the beds. Staff at the reception was very helpful even late evening. Using wechat to communicate with hotel is very easy. They allowed me even to check out later such that I had a shower after skiing and before leaving to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very spacious room with 2 floors. Level 1 is pantry and hall. Level 2 has 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each room. The price came with lift pass and ski or snowboarding gears for 4 person daily.

This place is amazing. We had a view of the slopes so a definite plus. 😊 Unit is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Best is that you can just walk out about 100m to the slopes. I did have an issue one night when my room was filled with cigarette smoke so much so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open in sub-zero temperatures. When I feedback the next day, they were extremely apologetic and their customer service contacted me to ask for more info and they sent a fruit platter as an apology. My kids have decided that this is going to be their future destination for skiing because of the convenience as well as the snow conditions. One thing that puzzled all of us though but it didn't distract from the stay. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The room with the twin beds seemed to have the bigger and better bathroom with a bathtub. But the room with a big bed had a smaller bathroom and shower stall only. Again, didn't mess anything of our stay up but we were just really puzzled about it.

特別好的一家酒店，已經是第二次來住。我已經滑了很多年，也住了很多酒店。 我覺得在體驗過北美假日和地中海這些酒店後，這家酒店的優勢在於以下幾點：性價比特別高（雖然他不含雪票，但我分開買算上房費還是便宜的）；住宿環境配套及服務特別好。 首先，在入住前，會由專屬的管家聯繫，建立微信羣，包括提供雪包的提前送到房間（我不喜歡託運，所以都發德邦），引導入住到房間，住宿期間：每天車輛來往雪場的接送（這個是我覺得非常受用並且強列推薦的部分），衹要微信羣裏和管家説一下，很快就能有車，比之前住的假日北美這種定點班車要好很多，而且和透風的擺渡車不同，他的車子還有暖氣，隨叫隨到。退房也衹要羣裏和管家説下，非常便捷，因為航班的關係，我要求了延遲退房，溝通十分順暢，最後一天滑完臨走前還可以回房間沖涼換衣服，這個在其他酒店是沒有的。 住宿條件很乾凈，衞生間房間特別整潔。在整個入住期間，除了每日的打掃外，可以要求管家幫你安排每天換床單。硬件也很好，小米全屋智能，可控制燈光，窗簾，晚上我基本投屏看個電影，非常舒服，當然酒店提供了騰訊會員可以看電影。此外，房間的風景也很不錯，可以看到雪道，每天到雪場就兩三分鐘，特別👍

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).
