Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast alot of options n delicious. I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot. Front desk is helpful. There is a hot spring as well if u are interested. The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well. Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. It’s a best stay of the trip and we had stay a 6 days 5 night stay, it’s just 5 mins walkable to IFS Chengdu and Taikoo Li area, the weather and environment is way best in town, really enjoyed it :)

Pleasant stay at Kuan Rong hotel , rooms are clean , nightly goodnight soup at 9pm and staff’s services are extremely attentive , special shoutout to Xiao dai ( 小代） who guided us to local popular shopping streets ! However the hotel is a little far from TaiGooLi and IFS , bout 15 mins walk ( 3 streets to cross ). 酒店的服务很亲切用心，酒店房间很干净，清理阿姨人也非常好， 每天晚上九点都有晚安汤。特别要表扬小代，她为我们指路到一个很多当地人才会逛的地下商场。

Perfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean. Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional. They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

Best place to stay, there is the convenience facilities and available to use. Hotel staff is very nice. The location is good just 450 meters far from Chang ping gou entrance areas. They has the free of charge service to take us to bus station in the last day after check out as well.

The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

An excellent hotel near Dagu glacier (达古冰川). It was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies after a day up the mountain peak. The hotel was clean and very spacious. The room also came with an impressively large bathtub which we did not use. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the mountain in the morning. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the design of the room. Room price was also very reasonable. My only suggestion to the management is to include a few bottles of drinking water in the room.

Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

春節放假期間定的茂縣這個酒店，今天整理照片突然想起還沒評價，平時都懶得評價，但這間酒店真的體驗感非常好。 環境：內外部環境都和平台首頁照片沒有差別，有專門的停車位，非常方便，位置也很好，臨江不臨街，不吵。 衞生：衞生非常滿意，乾淨清爽。帶了小貓所以兩天都在門口掛了請勿打擾的牌子，確實沒有服務人員來敲門 設施：裝修設施都很新，設計也很人性化，插座很多，甚至沙發下面還有一個；電視效果OK，還能看五月天人生無限公司大電影，小愛同學放歌也很方便；衞浴洗澡很舒服，沒記錯的話馬桶是智能馬桶；洗浴用品也不錯，牙刷舒服；茶具和茶包好像都是酒店定製的，雖然沒用，但覺得這些細節很用心，茶包是兩種口味都挺好喝。 服務：服務是真的很周到。茂縣沒有滴滴網約車，前台小姐姐立刻幫忙聯繫了出租司機；大堂有免費的茶水、咖啡、水果，而且咖啡很好喝，老闆説是雀巢金獎豆子；早餐實在好吃，餐廳服務人員也很熱情；退房那天碰到了老闆，看到我們帶了貓貓，非常親切地和我們打招呼，分享他自己家的小貓，老闆是真的有愛心喜歡小動物的人，致力打造寵物友好酒店；並沒有因為過年期間漲價，這個價格能定到這個條件的住宿真的很良心了1 貓滿意，人也是～

We absolutely loved our time here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They treated us like friends and not just customers. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The food was delicious. And excellent hotel that we will highly recommend to our friends. We will come here again.

I book Yisu hotel for my friend because her flight was canceled and she needed to stay closed to the airport for the next flight. Nice and friendly staffs. Free Shuttle bus to the airport. 20’ to Tianfu airport. Clean room. Microwave on the 1st floor. It’s in the middle of nowhere (mountain/ forest view from the window) so if u get bored, better stay inside the hotel still.

Blue Tears is literally just downstairs, and it is convenient to go to the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious with good pressure shower. However, there is a lack of heating in the room and it was freezing cold in the room during Dec. The hotel was also kind enough to arrange an electric scooter to fetch my mum who had trouble walking from the carpark to hotel! Soundproofing wasn't good as you can hear noises from the corridor. Will recommend to stay here again if the prices were more competitive. Breakfast was just ok, limited selections, not worth paying extra.

Easy to locate and near convenience store, pharmacy store. This is like condo style with door pin. Not for young female travellers as the corridors from lift lobby to our unit is very dimly litted. Laundry detergent is available at cost. We entered the room with uncleaned microwave oven with food crumbs. Cleaning service was very prompt when we feedback via wechat. Veneer peeling at internal staircase and some parts of the room floor.

The hotel was better than expected given the modest price. They provided shuttle service from and to the airport, wake up call, basic packed breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was big. It had all the needed amenities. The staff was really friendly despite the lack of English language. The location is good as it is walking distance to grocery shops and restaurants. Definitely it is a great value for money.

Service was good. However, the room condition is not really as what I would have expected. Not that its not clean, but due to wear and tear, some of the items looks old and not maintained. For example the table, chairs, washing machine. The drainage of the bath area was really bad and water seeps out when bathing. The location of this hotel is really good. there's good food and eatery downstairs and metro is just nearby.

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

- I stayed at three hotels during my trip to China, and this is the only hotel where the staff always said hello whenever they saw us. - There was a minor issue with the room amenities, but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show. - If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left. - I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

The hotel is able to reach to Jiuzhaigou national park in 10 -15 mins by foots. There is a lot of restaurant nearby the hotel. The reception has a good service mind. She helped us booking a bus to Song pan and walk along with us to show where the bus station is. The room is clean. There is warmer bed for cold weather. My room is located on the 1sr floor and it's near stair so there might has people noise when they walk by. My recommendation is to stay upper floor.

Where do I even start. The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Its fantastic. Right in the middle of the scenic tourist area and less than 15 minutes walk away from Jiuzhai National Park. Dozens of shops and food options within 5 minutes walk away. Now the bad points. The wooden floor panels near the toilet were starting to peel off, probably due to exposure with water. The whole toilet layout was also weird and cramped. The windows look like it hasn't been cleaned for months. While the room and bed appear clean during check-in, the room service staff didn't bother to clean the bed and floor during our 2 night stay. There were still stains on them. She only topped up the amenities. The towels provided were of the disposable kind, and even then, they were small for adults. What kind of 3-star hotel use disposable towels. The kettle was rusty and the inside was stained. Absolutely disgusting. The walkway near the elevator leading to the rooms was dark. There was no lighting at all. So was the stairwell. The carpet along the corridor also looked filthy and look like it hasn't been cleaned for several months. I really do not get how this hotel can be regarded as a 3 star hotel. Its unfit. Definitely avoid booking a room here.

優點： 硬件：房間空間很大、浴巾等皆為一次性用品 服務：抵達和離店的時候前台都會拿一瓶暖水供人暖身。抵達星宇國際後，會有司機接到酒店。早上八點半後會有司機接送到景區門口。 前台的接待態度特別好 不足： 硬件：廁所沒有排風系統，且有一天晚上整個村子停電了，兩個小時後恢復 軟件：從景區回來衹能自己打車（聽説與當地出租車公司有關係，跟酒店沒啥太大關係） 周邊餐廳較少，沒什麼太多的選擇（相較於溝口而言） 整體：感覺還是還不錯的，不管是前台接待還是司機大哥都特別好人，所以儘管有些不足，但我還是會給滿分 附上酒店一些照片以及九寨溝拍的照

The location is good. By the river, 5 minutes to the bus station and only 20 minutes walking from the park entrance and the staff is helpful, even though they can't speak English. My only complaint is about cleanliness. The bathrooms are the last thing to be cleaned, so you don't have a clean bathroom until late morning and they get pretty dirty during the day. I suggest to change the order and clean the bathroom before cleaning the rooms.

Malaysian, Visited on 17 till 19th NOV 24, total 3 days 2 night. 1) For young travelers looking for a homestay experience that feels less commercial but is friendly and unique, you can book this hotel, and you won't regret it! 2) As this is animal friendly homestay, my initial concerns about hygiene and cleanliness were eliminated immediately upon entering the lobby. There were no strange odors indoors or in the surrounding hotel areas, which was a pleasant surprise! 3) As the hotel is located behind a restaurant and the pathway to the entrance is a ramp. You can inform the hotel about your arrival time through WeChat, and they will come out to help with your luggage when you arrived. Good service and friendly indeed! 4) Honorable mention for their services and facilities: a) They were happy to change/upgrade my room when I told them I booked the wrong type. (Only when there are other rooms available) b) Other than floor heating, their toilet seat has a heating function too. c) They can reserve the afternoon teatime set until you return back to hotel but must notify them one day in advance. d) There is washing & drying machine available! Free to use for hotel guest! These overall experiences were too good that it truly worth my time to give long review with photos. Keep up the good work!
