The hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

位置在景區裏面，進景區需要購買門票20元一位，酒店距離古鎮中心一百來米，到爬山的路口需要不行五六分鐘。這次的户型選的特別好，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，沒有討厭的煙味臭雜味，超大露台外喝茶也行看山景視野超讚，心情大好，電競打遊戲網絡也不錯，整個酒店服務氛圍都很好，從前台至客房服務都很熱情有耐心，現在有這樣的商家很值得點贊推薦！

This hotel is located a little too far walking distance from the town (15-20 mins all downhill) however, it is more affordable so a good place to stay if you are more on a budget like us! The man at the front desk was not very welcoming when we first arrived. He literally pointed at the Sichuan app and wanted our green codes NOW!!!!!! A quick hello or welcome (even in Chinese) would have made us feel a little more comfortable upon our arrival after an 8 hour journey! That being said, check-in was super fast which was much appreciated and the room was clean and comfortable. We struggled to actually sleep because other occupants were yelling in the hallways constantly. My husband had to tell people to be quiet!!! I think hotels should make more of an effort to ensure that hallways are NOT a space for loud conversation! Please remind your guests to respect the space in which they share with others. The following day, the same man who checked us in was much nicer and said a friendly goodbye. That made us feel a little better about our stay. I rated amenities lower due to no water bottles in the room and no information given to us regarding what and where available amenities even were. I believe this information should be shared during check in and/or explanations available in each room for guests to easily access. Overall, it was a decent stay but I would not return to this hotel. Service is such a big part of a hotel experience and if guests do not feel welcome, there is no point staying in that place.

Saya ingin menginap selama satu malam, tetapi saya merasakan hotel ini sangat bagus dan diteruskan untuk satu malam. Meja penyambut tetamu menghantar tiket untuk tuk tuk. Ia sangat menarik. Saya boleh duduk di Liujia Garden Mansion. Kolam renang hotel dibuka hingga 10:30 malam.

Tempat penginapan ini terletak tepat di sebelah Kawasan Pemandangan Haizigou. Bubur sarapan pagi, roti kukus, telur. Terdapat pelancong dengan kanak-kanak. Terdapat kira-kira 20-30 tempat letak kereta percuma bertentangan dengan rumah penginapan. Tempat penginapan ini berada 3000 meter dari aras laut. Anda boleh bertanya kepada bos tentang laluan, cuaca dan pengangkutan yang ingin anda lawati berdekatan. Bosnya sangat mesra dan ramah.

Beautiful new small hotel with warm light well-ness atmosphere. Has no breakfast or dinner but an abundance of restaurants right in front of the door. Rooms carefully emphasize the local natural wood water themes (tree stem furniture, stone bathtube) of Jiuzhaigou Valley. Japanese inspired minimalism (tatami beds) with an ecological organic touch. The park entrance is in 15min walking distance. The staff helps to arrange an airport pick up and drop off.

This hotel was sold during the pandemic and the new owners are doing a great job slowing repairing the grounds. Beautiful gardens and the rooms, dishing and reception areas are all lovely. We booked this place because it has a pool. Well the pool was broken and clearly a long way down the list of things to fix. During this COVID times I can’t imagine guest numbers are huge and we appreciated the really friendly staff and what they have fixed up so far. There are several dogs and cats at the hotel, which our kids loved. I did not like the big Labrador drooling on my leg during our dinner and asked the staff to remove it from the dining room. One of the other dogs also entered our room uninvited. We have a dog back home in Beijing and are dog people, but I suggest to the management of this hotel that they keep their pets away from the dining and guests areas. The food was nicely present and we had one of the few genuinely good coffees here. That coffee was a highlight of the week. Staff spoke excellent English and were always welcoming and helpful. I recommend this hotel and suggest you keep in mind that older reviews are not reflective of current owners and that facilities do not appear as pictured.

缺點： 1.好像沒有，就價格和質量應該是景區附近性價比非常高的酒店了. 優點： 1.老闆東北人，很貼心，服務態度也很不錯.讓人感動的小細節是我們因為旅行途中走錯路，比預計時間晚到了一些，老闆居然怕我們晚上就餐不便，讓煮飯阿姨在酒店等候，確定我們不需要用餐以後才讓阿姨下班，很貼心啊！有木有！ 2.房間雖然沒有網紅視野，但是勝在採光很好，也很乾凈，被套枕頭也無異味 3.酒店距離雙橋溝景區很近，走路10分鐘，避免了高峯期景區停車困難的麻煩 4.酒店早餐雖然種類不多，但總體感覺還不錯 這樣的服務態度，我衹能說老闆，該你發財！！ 避坑指南： 千萬千萬，千千萬萬不要去酒店隔壁的那家【胖哥土菜館】餐廳吃飯，真的是味道一般的情況下，又貴又坑又無語；店裡有個女的，不知道是服務員還是老闆娘，服務態度極其差！一副就這些菜，你愛吃不吃的態度。 結賬的時候真是被狠狠噁心了一把，建議可以找附近其他餐廳，這家餐廳誰去誰倒霉🙄️

這房子是我來成都目前住過比較滿意的房間 這房間 有冰箱洗衣機剛好我出來玩幾天洗衣服啥的 帶特產成都的兔頭不會壞掉 樓下 吃的蠻多 樓下幾百米就是地鐵 來成都春熙路玩去其他地方都很 方便 樓下有保安安全 就是剛開始路不好找打了電話才 發現在街中心 其他都好不錯喲 推薦推薦

環境和服務都非常好，特別喜歡他家寬敞明亮的大堂，又高又大的整面落地窗，通透得能直接看到窗外的山景和溪流，每天在這裏吃飯聊天都是一種享受。每晚還會貼心地送來温熱的牛奶，屋裡所有小食和飲料全部免費，水龍頭裡流出的永遠都是温水，真的不知道是怎麼做到的。服務人員也一直都笑臉盈盈，有求必應。青城山三天，真的是超棒的體驗！
