I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

The hotel location was great, 5 mins walk to Chunxi road and the metro station. The staff were very friendly. They also served complimentary afternoon tea. The room is high tech, can give voice commands to ”Xiao Du” to off and on the light, tv etc. They gave me a free panda soft toy during check-out.

Best place to stay, there is the convenience facilities and available to use. Hotel staff is very nice. The location is good just 450 meters far from Chang ping gou entrance areas. They has the free of charge service to take us to bus station in the last day after check out as well.

Perfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean. Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional. They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

- I stayed at three hotels during my trip to China, and this is the only hotel where the staff always said hello whenever they saw us. - There was a minor issue with the room amenities, but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show. - If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left. - I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

I book Yisu hotel for my friend because her flight was canceled and she needed to stay closed to the airport for the next flight. Nice and friendly staffs. Free Shuttle bus to the airport. 20’ to Tianfu airport. Clean room. Microwave on the 1st floor. It’s in the middle of nowhere (mountain/ forest view from the window) so if u get bored, better stay inside the hotel still.

I can say that this is the best hotel in China. Very nice and warm welcome from the owner and staff. Nice decoration. Care for every little thing like ears plug etc. don’t know how to say million thanks for all your service.

The beds are exceptionally cozy, topped with thick, plush quilts that are so warm I found myself needing to open the window—a delightful necessity. This hotel truly enhances the experience of its beautiful surroundings.

ตามหมุดที่ปักในแผนที่(ของเรา) จะไม่ใช่ที่ตั้งของโรงแรม โรงแรมจะอยู่ตรงข้ามที่หมุดปักค่ะ อยู่ตรงทางโค้งขึ้น-ลงหน้าถนนเหมือนกัน ห้องสะอาด โอเค ไม่ได้เก็บเสียงมาก มีฮีสเตอร์ที่พื้น ผ้าห่มอุ่น ไม่มีลิฟต์ ตอนเช็คอิน พนง.ช่วยยกกระเป๋าให้ ที่พักมีน้องแมวด้วย เราไปถึงโรงแรมดึกแล้ว ตอนแรกหาโรงแรมไม่เจอเพราะหมุดที่ปักอยู่คนละตึกกัน เลยถามคนจีนที่เดินผ่านมาพอดี เค้าให้การช่วยเหลือดีมากๆ พาเข้าไปเช็คอิน น่ารัก ตอนเช้าตื่นลงมาเช็คเอาท์ ยืนรอรถอยู่หน้าโรงแรม เจอคนเมื่อคืนแล้วนางทักทายเป็นกันเองสุดๆ ผู้คนน่ารักจริงๆ

設施：我們定的時候衹剩兩個最平易的房間。住一晚無所謂了。房間很大，不影響體驗。淋浴間還有浴霸。房間有製氧機，需要付費。我就是衝著這個來的，家人高反嚴重，有好過沒有。離急救中心也不遠。 衞生：很好。 環境：前廳是飯館，早餐用餐人比較多，但服務很及時。老闆是盡力把客户服務好。 服務：很好。來時車位都滿了，老闆都儘量幫我們安排。 就是四姑娘山太容易堵車。如果去雙橋溝，還是住雙橋附近比較好。

Room was large, clean, have humidifier, floor heating and mountain view. The owner super friendly and helpful! He can help with taxi or bus booking , etc. Surrounding area was nice and worth to visit. Oh best part also they have luckin coffee in the downstair of guest house. Super cool!

เดินไปทางเข้า ฉางผิงโกว ไม่ไกล แถวใกล้ๆโรงแรมมีร้านสะดวกซื้อและร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวอยู่ และสามารถเดินในละแวกโรงแรมก็มีร้านอาหารอยู่หลายร้าน ถ้าจะไป ซวงเฉียวโกวก็หาแทกซี่ไม่ยาก โบกเอาหน้าโรงแรม ในห้องพักสะดวกดี มีเครื่องออกซิเจนสแตนบายไว้ด้วยแต่เราไม่ได้ใช้ เจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมช่วยเหลือดีมาก ตอบ WeChat ตลอด ให้ทางโรงแรมช่วยหารถกลับเฉิงตูให้ ก็ช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องมีระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้น และมีระบบทำความอุ่นที่เตียงนอนด้วย

酒店的設施齊全完善，餐廳裏的菜品豐富可口，無論是當地特色菜餚還是經典的川菜炒菜，都能讓味蕾盡情享受，非常推薦氂牛肉湯鍋套餐，葷素搭配，營養均衡，湯非常鮮，份量充足。 酒店的貼心服務無處不在。衹玩一天的我們，帶着大行李很影響我們去耍，好在酒店提供行李寄存服務。前台的工作人員態度熱情，手腳麻利地幫我們寄存好行李，讓我們能毫無負擔地輕鬆出遊。雖然我們行程匆忙，但是在這邊玩得非常開心，下次帶朋友來玩，還繼續住這一家酒店，

I would give this place 10/10. Also thank you the boss for being so helpful to us. The room looks exactly like the photos. The room is clean, modern and fully equiped. It also has floor heating, 2 bottles of cokes, some little snacks, automatic toilet, and slippers for use in bathroom which is very considerate cause the weather is super cold in that area. Also tried their hotpot and it was very delicious. It seems their restaurant is quite popular. Highly recommend this place esp for foreign travellers.

Lantai di dalam bilik itu hangat, dan bos juga sangat mengalu-alukan Ibu bapa saya terlalu tua untuk pergi ke pergunungan bersalji Bos sangat bersemangat untuk membantu menjaga orang tua, menyediakan makanan dan menghantar makanan ke bilik. kira-kira jam 4 petang. Kami juga dijemput dan dihantar sepanjang perjalanan, yang sangat mudah, ringkasnya, semua lima bintang, sayang hebat Feiyu Farm, lain kali kawan-kawan datang ke Snow Mountain, mereka akan memperkenalkan mereka untuk tinggal di sini🥰🥰. 🥰

Blue Tears is literally just downstairs, and it is convenient to go to the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious with good pressure shower. However, there is a lack of heating in the room and it was freezing cold in the room during Dec. The hotel was also kind enough to arrange an electric scooter to fetch my mum who had trouble walking from the carpark to hotel! Soundproofing wasn't good as you can hear noises from the corridor. Will recommend to stay here again if the prices were more competitive. Breakfast was just ok, limited selections, not worth paying extra.

Easy to locate and near convenience store, pharmacy store. This is like condo style with door pin. Not for young female travellers as the corridors from lift lobby to our unit is very dimly litted. Laundry detergent is available at cost. We entered the room with uncleaned microwave oven with food crumbs. Cleaning service was very prompt when we feedback via wechat. Veneer peeling at internal staircase and some parts of the room floor.

Lisidun Apartment Hotel location is excellent. Very near to Niuwangmiao Metro station and a shopping complex making traveling very convenient. Xiao Long is very helpful and friendly and responded to our problems promptly.

Place is clean and well maintained. Location is a bit far from airport ( 15min drive through the woods / undeveloped roads ), TV / projector doesn't have good connection. Other than that no complaints

出差天宮，夜宿和院 本打算到縣城或西嶺旅遊區夜宿，看到店招停車，工作人員就第一時間上前招待，完全沒想到的是這個地方還有地下停車場的酒店，而且還配有充電樁，而且住店還免費充電；處處透露着此店的優質服務。收拾行裝乘坐電梯到一樓，兩個水池裡有娃娃魚，一問才知道該店特色也有娃娃魚，着實讓人意外。馬上點上酒店的特色，肯定也是要犒勞自己一下。 步入房間，室內設施高雅，透露着創始人的用心，非常完美的配置。 湯池一泡，桑拿房一蒸，再洗個澡，加上舒適的床，再加上清晰的空氣，睡上一覺，簡直太爽了。 早餐也太豐富了，服務人員直接送餐，營養搭配均衡。吃完早餐再摸摸娃娃魚，看看雲山，順着酒店轉一轉，從忙碌的工作情緒中放鬆一下。 總之，該酒店值得推薦，停車方便，充電免費，房間舒適，用餐美味，店內配置齊全，關鍵是服務還很用心。非常值得大家去感受…

酒店還行，就是地形特別複雜，第一次來的話幾棟樓和複雜的電梯肯定會搞不清楚，前台和房間是不同的樓棟不同的電梯，管家也不説清楚，害得我們拉着小朋友大包小包從停車場整整花了半個小時才進到房間……
