Hotel Pet Friendly di Sichuan, China

We are a family of 4 and we loved the hotel. We booked the basic room, Tea Room, and we're very happy with it. Large, clean, and well decorated. The breakfast was simple but yummy with a 24 hour coffee machine. The location was fantastic, right in the city center with free parking. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very value for money! The hot springs are an amazing way to spend the evening after exploring Emei Shan and are very relaxing. It’s in a very central location next to a few restaurants and just a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal to the mountain. Staff is super nice and welcoming , they helped us with a charging problem. The rooms however are a bit under standard to the hotel and were very tiny and not the cleanest, and breakfast could be better as well. There is also no elevator.

The hotel provided an excellent and very warm welcome. There is a convenient vehicle service between the hotel and Bipenggou parking lot, just contact the hotel via WeChat. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, new, and modern, build quality are excellent. I was truly impressed. The hotel also offers a hot spring in the evening, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed. Highly recommended!😀👍🏻

I really enjoyed my stay at JOY-RAY. From the checkin to the checkout everything worked out really smoothly. The view from the 19th floor was very impressive and the room itself was super comfortable. Some things like the wall papers and certain furniture looks a bit spent but given the price and location, it did not bother me at all. Another big plus of the location is the little nightfood market / the food stalls just at the bottom of the building. While you do not hear any of the ramblings from downstairs, the market offers delicious food spots.

This hotel is located just a short 10-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area entrance, with the added convenience of a complimentary shuttle bus service. It’s a cosy and well-designed stay enhanced by a smart home system—it was fun giving instructions to 小T! Our room had a lovely view of the mountains and a clear river, which made the experience even more special. While we had a heater issue on the first night, the night staff (unfortunately didn’t get his name) responded quickly and followed up. The issue was resolved the next day. There was also a door lock issue that remained unresolved during our stay. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive to all our requests. A special mention to the chef who was warm and chatty—he even recommended great dinner spots nearby. Breakfast was included; the spread was small but sufficient. Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay near Jiuzhaigou!

Location: a bit far from the scenic area but the hotel provided free ride so there was no big problem. Room: spacy and clean room with heating and air condition. Toilet with smart bidet; however I would prefer one with manual button to flush 😅 Since there was no way flush the toilet without electricity. Breakfast: Decent breakfast with wide range of choice. Service: SUPERB! Super friendly staff who would not hesitate to help you. They have translation device so feel free to talk to them in any language. - Free self service laundry service! - The hot spring looked kinda nice eventhough I haven't tried it since it was raining the day I stayed there. - There were some restaurants around the hotel but the food served by the hotel own restaurant was good as well.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

這次入住阿若康巴·丹巴甲居莊園的體驗遠超預期，是我此次丹巴之行中最驚喜的選擇，也讓我對藏式風情的住宿體驗有了全新的好感。 酒店的配套設施十分貼心周全，自駕前來的旅客完全無需擔心停車與補能問題——門口就設有專屬停車場，還貼心配備了充電樁，細節處盡顯人性化。酒店本身的環境更是無可挑剔，藏式建築與周邊的甲居藏寨風光融為一體，清幽雅緻又極具地域特色，行走其間就能感受到濃郁的藏寨風情。 最讓我驚喜的是這裏的觀景體驗：入住的蓮峯山景房視野開闊，在房間內就能望見神聖的墨爾多神山，還能遠眺另外兩座雪山，晨霧與晚霞中的山景更是美得讓人移不開眼；而酒店五樓的觀景台更是絕佳的觀賞點，無遮擋的視野能將整個藏寨與神山風光盡數收入眼中，隨手一拍都是充滿氛圍感的大片。 服務方面更是讓人倍感温暖，尤其要感謝酒店的次稱小哥，全程服務熱情周到，辦理入住時就耐心為我們介紹酒店的設施與特色，還特意帶我們到五樓觀景台，細緻講解了甲居藏寨的風土人情與墨爾多神山的歷史傳説，讓我們不僅收穫了美景，更深入瞭解了當地的文化底藴，這段講解也成為了旅途裏格外珍貴的回憶。 除此之外，酒店的餐飲也十分出彩，菜品地道可口，能品嚐到風味十足的當地特色美食，為旅途增添了不少滿足感。無論是環境、設施、服務還是觀景體驗，這家酒店都做到了無可挑剔，如果來到甲居藏寨，這裏絕對是不二之選，我會毫不猶豫地向每一位來丹巴旅行的朋友推薦！

Friendly and attentive service from the front desk staff. Modern/clean rooms. Walking distance from Jiuzhaigou entrance. Free laundry service. Complementary bottle of oxygen. Room was obviously cleaned prior to our arrival - in fact the strong smell from the cleaning chemicals kept us out of the room for the first few hours. The front desk staff was super willing to help but they didn’t have an air purifier available. After a few hours of keeping the windows open the smell subsided. Another downside that’s common to local hotels is the strong pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. It’s obvious that the staff makes significant effort to clean this up but the hallways are hazardous in the morning - my guess is everyone smokes at night in their rooms after getting back from touring Jiuzhaigou. By the time we get back from the park, the smell was tolerable so they must have done everything they can to air it out or mask the smell. No breakfast included with the stay but that wasn’t a big deal because there are multiple eateries right below the hotel. So -1 star for the above mentioned deficits. But overall an excellent stay.

excellent service from staff. that girl staff very helpful and friendly. they provide transport to scenic area! the location is very close to shuangqao valley (around 5minutes) by car. the room is clean as in picture. the scenery from our balcony are so nice and magical! i would definitely come here again the owner is very helpful and so kind. they even arrange our bus next morning to chengdu and even help us drop n pickup my kid to hospital since my kid having a mountain sickness. thank you so much for your kindness. i really appreciate it ❤️ Love from malaysia! 🇲🇾
