Got to know about the property online so contacted the property and booked with 25% booking fee for which the property did send a confirmation email too within an hour of booking the property. Me and my rider gang reached the property pretty late at night somewhere around 9pm as we were riding all the way from Pune. Did receive a call from the property to confirm about my stay too somewhere around 2-3pm a plus point. In terms of the rooms for the amount paid for the same they were pretty good with working air conditioners, spacious rooms, bed options available from queen size to king size. Located nearby are some good eatries and also located nearby to some tourist places which unnfortunately we couldn't go to as we were on tight schedule and had to depart early the next day.

My business trip last 6 weeks and I cannot complain about something. All Hotel employees as well as the managers were very friendly, polite and helpful, they supported me as I needed a transfer to the airport, as well as I was in need to do my laundry. Room was always clean, enough Mineral Water was always there, fresh towels ... I enjoyed my stay and can definitely recommend it. Many thanks

Okay. Hotel location is amazing. Near by all essential are easy to get. You can have metro train and all other transportation from there. Water supply is issue while night hours. Hotel staff is nice and polite. Overall is good and comfortable stay.

Clean well maintained Delux room, we stayed for 3 nights. Great house keeping, room service, n above all, a great chef.. Ramprit who served us some made to order dishes as per our request every time. ...Location is central n it's The Serene River Sabarmati which kips u enchanted. Sunrise, sunset n Sabarmati river r best viewed from the large bedroom window... Best View, Best Location, Best Food, Shall come again.

My experience during my stay has been less than satisfactory due to issues with the bed. After some discussions and filing a complaint with the make my trip helpline, the hotel agreed to change my room. However, the new room is also not up to my expectations, although i can manage. i remain dissatisfied with the overall situation.
