What a good place! The hotel is very clean, all the staff is really nice and attentive in case we need anything. Which is very pleasant! The pool is nice and the beach too. Food is good and the chefs are so nice. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we will come again ! Thank you

Terrible Service and Discrimination - Do Not Stay Here at Any Cost, Especially if You're a Foreigner Because They Will Judge You by Your Looks! My stay at this hotel was terrible. As a Lebanese tourist, I expected good service, but I faced discrimination and neglect the entire time. 1. Discrimination: The staff treated us very badly and unfairly. They were rude and seemed to judge us for no reason. 2. Food Poisoning: My cousin got very sick after eating the food from the hotel. The staff did not care at all and did not offer any help, which is unacceptable. 3. No Help: When we asked for help with my cousin's sickness, the staff ignored us and showed no sympathy. 4. Bad Check-out: When we tried to check out, we had to wait 4 hours to speak to a manager about our problems. In the end, they dismissed us and did nothing to solve our issues. The staff at this hotel is rude and unprofessional. They don't respect their guests at all. We experienced a lot of stress!! Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our experience was awful from beginning to end.

Hotel is perfect, food is tasty and rooms are very clean. Staff are extremely friendly. Pool is clean and beach is sandy and perfect. Special thanks to Mr ahmed khaled from reception and all house keeping staff. Place is perfect for relaxation

انا كنت حاجز من بوكينج لما رحت قلولي لا احنا بنحسب الدولار علي ٥٠ والدولار اصلا ب ٤٨ ودفعوني الفرق ده طيب ازاي قلي ده تعليمات بصراحة تجربة سيئة وعدم احترام للعميل لانهم دفعوني فرق ٢٠٠٠ جنية تقريبا علشان فرق العملة مع ان انا مصري والفندق في مصر طيب ازاي تحاسبني بسعر اكتر من الرسمي واكتر من بوكينج ؟؟؟؟؟؟

خدمه ممتازه الاستاذ احمد خالد وجهه مشرفه والاستاذ محمد خالد متفاني في عمله قمه فبي الاخلاق وجميع موظفي الفندق واجهه مشرفه مما يجعل العميل لا يريد مغلدرة الفندق ومما يجعلنل نفكر في الحضور كل الاجازات القادمه وبدايه موفقه للفندق بالعاملين فيه
