Hotel Aix-les-Bains dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The hotel is located in the center of town, I walked to the ******, the market and the main streets with shops and restaurants. My room was on the 3rd floor and has been recently renovated. Ample space with a seating area, good size closet for a week vacation, and view overlooking a courtyard with a fountain. Benjamin at the Front Desk was very professional and friendly, he was kind and provided a great explanation of services at check-in. I requested an iron and board and it was delivered promptly. Separate shower/sink from toilet. Coffee maker and mini fridge, Marshall speaker to pair your own device. Great wifi (complimentary) reception in my room. The only suggestion I have is to add one more trash can in the room, there is only a small one in the bathroom. I definitely recommend this hotel for your time in Aix-les-Bains.

We had a very nice self-catering apartment which was well equipped, comfortable and spacious, with a good sized balcony and efficient air-conditioning. It’s in a convenient central location. We were particularly pleased that the staff allowed us to check in early.

I come here every summer and I always choose this hotel because I feel very good here, safe, it is very clean and the size of the rooms is very big compared to other hotels. The employees are always nice and helpful

Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

We found a clean and functional room, with two bottles of local water ad a gift. The toilet with shower and washbasin is open to the room but the toilet is separate. The furnishings are minimal but very colourful. The electrical sockets are in the right place. Much attention paid to environmental sustainability and compliance with anti covid hygiene standards. Reception staff professional but a little slow.

We stayed three nights in this wonderful hotel in a ‘Prestige’ room. We loved the decor and the facilities. We were even surprised and delighted to find a mini fridge and a kettle in the room! The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk into the town, with all its shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel breakfast was very good value at 12 euros per person. We also dined there twice - it’s a set menu which changes daily and is excellent value at only 20 euros per person. Free parking on site too. Finally I have to mention the staff. So attentive, friendly and helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but basic for the price. We had a room for 2 people, but only 1 extra pillow was available. No facilities for coffee, tea or any drinks in the room. The breakfast is the same every day - basically a petit croissant and coffee with some cheese, symbolic cucumbers, charcuterie, tomatoes, toppings and some fruit and prepared yoghurt. For a warm breakfast, your only option is a boiled egg, that you have to make yourself. The evening staff seemed to have little experience with serving drinks. Ice was problematic - it was a team effort with a blunt knife to chip ice from a block, and I was asked whether 4 shards were enough. It wasn't, not really. But those shards in a bowl (no spoon) was worth it just to stop the confused anguish of the staff. We loved the pool and grounds, but will not repeat the visit.
