What a wonderful family oriented hotel. Good for couples, families & extended families. Staff wonderful and atmosphere relaxed. We would recommend a visit to this town of samurai and sake. Easy to get around and different to the big cities. A great place for a few days. The hotel has large hot spa areas and we enjoyed every minute.

Makan malam dan sarapan sangat sedap. Tidak terlalu banyak dan tidak terlalu sedikit Saya suka makanan ini. Sarapan adalah bufet. Saya sangat berterima kasih atas sambutan Tuan Nakai. Terdapat 2 tab mandi terbuka, dan tab mandi umum yang besar mempunyai 3 tab mandi terbuka. Yang lain menuruni tangga di udara terbuka, tetapi pemandangannya juga yang terbaik. Saya mahu awak masuk. Saya juga menyewa kerusi untuk bayi, jadi sangat berguna semasa makan dan mandi. Lobi luas, terbuka dan bersih, dengan pemandangan yang luas. Sekiranya anda ingin menikmati penginapan lama, anda mesti melihatnya!

交通量の多い県道６４号を北上して左折するのがアクセス至便。南下ルートは右折に一苦労。駐車スペースはやや狭！週末午後８時過ぎにはほぼ満車。地域共通クーポン千円分は隣のスーパーで地元福島本宮工場産のスーパー○ライ350ml６缶パックに替えるのが正解。現金１３９円追加。朝食は特段地産地消という訳ではありませんが、質量とも及第点。時間帯により確かに混雑します。Ｙ新聞無料配布。

ホテルは東山温泉のどん詰まりに近い場所に（道路も狭いので注意）。駐車場もホテル入口から１００Mくらい離れた場所に。 夕食は川床をチョイス。場所は駐車場よりももう少し行った場所。 テーブルが並んでいるが写真で見るような川べりの席は限られている様で、見ていると 選んだコースにより場所が決まっている感じ。当日はほぼ満席であったが空いている時はどうなのかは不明。 我が家は夫婦そろって大食漢なので少なく感じたが、同年代【６０歳代】は十分な量か？ で料理はといえば、すでに作り置きの料理が置かれており、メインの食材は後から運ばれたが全体的に量はどうなの？ 川から離れていた席ということもあり、全体で評価すると納得する場所・料理ではなかった。 川床は勧めない。 【風呂】 男風呂の露天風呂は川のそばにあり、滝も目の前に。妻に聞くと女風呂は滝がちょっと遠くに見えたとのこと。 もうちょっと時期ずらし紅葉の時期が良かったのかな？

nice staff, wifi connection is good. got 2 floors of hot spring, they have sister hotel with another 2 near by, so you can use their hot spring too. the location to the city is around 8 mins drive. it's convient. the breakfast is good , each dish they tell you the ingredients, but just a little sad that If they can also write the English on top. overall, this was a great stay .

建物の近くの駐車場は狭く着いて来た順に遠くへの駐車場に自分で停めて来る様に案内されます。 ロビーは綺麗でラウンジのドリンク無料サービスが充実してました。 チェックインは自分での記入はなく部屋に案内されてから夕飯と館内の案内をして頂いたのですぐに部屋でゆっくりする事ができました。 部屋もお風呂も広く3人でもゆったりできる程でした。 部屋のフリードリンクも多く至れり尽くせりでした。 一見部屋は綺麗でしたが空気清浄機とドライヤーだけが埃まみれでした。 加湿器も自分で水を入れてくださいとあったにも関わらず水が溜まっていたので自分で捨てて入れ直しました。 岩風呂は狭いのでお勧めしませんとフロントに言われたので大浴場を二ヶ所堪能しましたが川が見える静かな温泉で居心地が良かったです。 山なので夕飯は野菜多めですが出汁が効いている物が多く見た目が美しかったです。 焼き物の魚がぬるかったのが残念でした。 値段が高かったのでメインは和牛かと思ったら国産牛というのも少し残念でした。 夕飯後友人が腹痛を起こしたのでフロントで行き方を訊いた所徒歩15分との事で歩いて出発。 気温マイナス4度、雪が少し降る中地面はバリバリに凍り、転ばない様に歩いて30分近く。 帰りはタクシー。後で調べると距離1.7キロ。 その事をフロントの男性に言うと、 「自分はいつも15分で歩いて来てます。」 との解答。 謝罪よりも先にその発言が出てきた事に腹が立ちました。 雪が降るアイスバンと積雪の道1.7キロを15分で歩ける人がどれだけいると思ってるのでしょうかね？ それでも部屋のお風呂が最高過ぎたので満足の方が大きかったです。 良い所が多かっただけにフロントの1人の対応だけが残念でなりませんでした。
