very well maintained rooms. good place to be with friends. cafe downstairs is a must try and very economical.

What a beautiful hotel with an amazing beach. So many beautiful details in every corner. will definitely go back very soon.

О хорошем - пляж, цена (раза в 3-4 ниже чем аналогичные пляжники в Дубаи и Абу-Даби). О плохом - сервис ниже среднего. Лежаков у пляжа на всех не хватает, видимо занимают с раннего утра. С комплиментарным шаттлом до Дубаи Молла постоянно непонятки. В номер после 10 вечера может кто-то войти из сервисной службы, несмотря на ”don't disturb”. Отель за 9 лет эксплуатации выглядит ушатанным. В общем, на троечку.

Let me start with the two regrets from the holiday. 1) that I didn’t make a note of all the names of the fantastic staff to say thank you to them again here !! The service was exemplary and some of the people who I must mention are Yadna, Priya , Vinay, the manager at Vinesse Gautam … and as I said, I’m sad I didn’t remember all the names of the lovely people 2) second regret is that I don’t have an appetite big enough to have the brilliant food at Vinesse ! While the seafood restaurant was also good and makes for a lovely setting, the Indian fare at Vinesse was top notch. Other things - - Travelled with our one year old and they made his stay extremely comfortable . Alley from the Kids Club also baby sat for us and she was just so calm and lovely with our son . The kids menu is also refreshing because they have good options instead of the fried chicken ! - Brilliant pool for proper swims too - Spacious rooms, housekeeping was perfect Only feedback would be that the areas between the sun beds on the beach was a bit dirty with cigarette buds, etc. hopefully an easy one to manage. All in all, massively recommend and we’ll be back for another wonderful stay.

فندق جميل خدمة العملاء جميل جدا نظافه كانت جميله وخدمة صف السيارة كان سريعه و فطور كان جميلًا من مختلف الاصناف و ايضا الجيم كان نظفيا و اشكر موظف سنجيب على سرعة خدمه و موظف عرفان على خدمة صف السيارة بسرعه و تنظيفة في الغرف كان جميلا و ايضا لا تتاخر في دخول الى الغرفه

This is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

كانت الخدمه جديه والويتر استقباله جيد جدا اسمه عمير واخذة من عنده قالب كيك الكيك كان طعمته رائعه بي التوفيق والنجاح شركة رمادا على الخدمه الجيده والاستقبال اللطيف وانا ااتي دائما اي البوفيه عندكم الطعام من حيث الجوده ممتاز مقارنه بي الفنادق الاخره

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

Были в начале мая 2024. Очень понравилась локация - с одной стороны значительно дешевле, чем в Дубае, с другой стороны до Дубая можно добраться в течении часа. В отличие от Дубая не берут курортный налог. Отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер до Дубай молла - из отеля выезд примерно в 15.40, отправления от Дубай молла в 21.00. Заказывали такси в аэропорт от отеля, обошлось в 100 дирхам. В пешей доступности от отеля продуктовые супермаркеты и аутлет. Удобно переходить дорогу к пляжу. В отеле небольшой крытый бассейн с теплой водой, баня и сауна. На ресепшене можно поменять доллары и евро на дирхамы - при курсе 3,6 в обменнике в аэропорту нам поменяли по 3,45. У дочери был день рождения, о чем мы не предупреждали отель, привозврашении с пляжа увидели подарок - торт. Было очень приятно. За время пребывания трижды интересовали устраивает ли качество обслуживания - один раз по телефону, на ресепшене и подходил менеджер по клинингу. Разнообразно и вкусно кормили на завтрак. Обнд и ужин мы не брали, т.к. хотели попробовать разную местную еду. При необходимости можно заказать, для взрослого это составит примерно 60 дирхам. На пляже выдают полотенца и лежаки бесплатно, места практически всегда есть. Минусы: - практически все время из крана и душа шла прохладная вода, кроме последнего дня, как не регулируй. Мыться было не очень приятно. - на полу в кухне и в ванной предусмотрен слив, по-видимому из них периодически шел не очень приятный запах. В целом отель рекомендую. Своих денег однозначно стоит. По соотношению цена - качество лучший вариант.
