Clean and safe hotel, spacious room with good spread of breakfast. Walking distance to Etnea (shopping belt), with several restaurants in vicinity. Enjoyed our stay there. Appreciate the staff for helping to arrange a room for us where we do not have to change room as we join our tour group that started with a night stay at this hotel.

Très bon accueil, nous sommes arrivés bien avant l'heure du check-in mais nous avons pu laisser nos bagages qui ont été montés ensuite dans notre chambre. Le réceptionniste, très gentil et aimable, nous a donné un plan de Catane et nous a donné de bons conseils pour nous promener et pour les restaurants. Nous sommes allés déjeuner et nous sommes revenus ensuite. La chambre était très grande et très bien aménagée, la literie excellente et la salle de bain très belle et agréable. L'hôtel a une décoration design tout en gardant la majesté de l'ancien palais. Nous avons très bien dormi car la rue est relativement calme et il y a un très bon double vitrage. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, servi sous forme de buffet dans une salle agréable. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir, entre autres, des fruits frais. A notre départ, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel pour nous promener tranquillement dans Catane, notre avion étant en soirée. Le réceptionniste nous a appelé un taxi pour l'aéroport. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans l'hôtel Romano House et nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel qui est d'un excellent rapport qualité/ prix.

Business style hotel in a nice location on a side street away from the main shopping street but within around 10mins easy walking distance. Coop supermarket within 5mins walk. Comfortable bedrooms, although not the largest in size. Some rooms have balconies. My room had a bathtub with a shower over, plus bidet. Bedroom windows have electric blinds but they are quite noisy so can sometimes hear when next door rooms are moving theirs. Vivid blue and yellow colour scheme in the bathroom can be a bit harsh when you're still waking up. Reasonable choice of food at breakfast- breads, pastries, cakes, yogurts, lots of fresh juices, some fresh and tinned fruit etc. Not many hot options but that's expected for Italy. Not many tables in the area where the food & drink are set for breakfast although there are other tables available in a second area beyond. Snacks are available during the day from just behind reception should you want them. Two lifts but both small. One was being worked on as our group were trying to get their luggage down to check out and other guests still going to/from breakfast, which meant a bit of a wait for that single active lift. Overall, despite a few ******* I had a great stay & would go back if I return to Catania.

This is not the five star hotel it purports to be and was a great disappointment to us on our recent stay. The staff on reception were polite and professional, and when asked a direct question were helpful enough, but at check-in omitted to tell us some basic information (where the breakfast room is - impossible to find independently - and the fact that there is a lido down the road where hotel guests can use the sun beds free of charge and which has a good restaurant). Our room had a number of basic faults which should have been picked up by housekeeping. The light over the bath didn't work, the battery was hanging out of the safe's door, there was a big crack in the window and the kettle spout was chipped. As other reviewers have noted, WiFi and air conditioning are sporadic. The pool area felt tired and tatty, and loud music played there all day. It's not a place you want to spend time. Breakfast was acceptable, but the staff were not welcoming or helpful. When food ran out it was generally not restocked. There was a very strong smell of bleach throughout the hotel corridors and in our room; I suspect it was masking a more unpleasant odour. Essentially, I would avoid staying here.

We recently stayed at the Four Points Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The standout feature of the hotel was definitely the stunning sea view from our room! The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay – there was a huge variety of fresh, delicious options available, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice! We also liked the beautiful art gallery, which was filled with a diverse collection. From the elevator you have a wonderful view of the lobby and the restaurant, which are surrounded by plants. Overall, We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Thanks for the friendly service and see you again soon! Max & Janet

Hotel ini terletak dengan baik, berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar (15 minit) dan berhampiran stesen bas. Biliknya besar dan bersih, walaupun perabotnya agak lama. Katil saiz king sebenarnya diperbuat daripada 2 tilam. Sarapan pagi sedap. Kakitangannya bagus.

My family and I recently stayed at the NH Cala degli Aragonesi in Catania and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always available to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. The hotel's location right by the beach was perfect for us as we wanted a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the stunning sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. We especially loved the fresh seafood dishes. Overall, our stay at NH Cala degli Aragonesi was fantastic. The combination of great hospitality, excellent food, and beautiful location made it a truly memorable experience for our family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Catania.

Hotel 4 stelle??? Non credo! Sembra un grande hotel invece ho avuto una bruttissima esperienza. Solo la vista mare è carina. Camera sporca. Capelli a terra. Stanza piena di zanzare. Cuscini scomodi. Dicono di avere Sky ma non è vero. Alla spa non ti permettono di prenotare. Accedono solo gli esterni. Cassaforte non funzionante. Colazione non più di cornetti e uova insomma una grande delusione
