Alberni Jabal Hafeet Hotel Al Ain

早餐品類巨少。服務沒有。泳池漂亮，恆温的。衞生不好床上還有頭髮污漬。説是日期2023年的設備一般。周邊風景很不錯的在山上可以體驗一下大自然風光。 如果淡季價格可能400-500¥， 但是這不太五星標準呀，900¥ 性價比不高。但是也可以體驗體驗。

Went for a group stay (Feb 2025). Check in was a bit late but we just dumped our luggage and checked out the property. Awesome time to visit in February as the climate is lovely. Met chef Safikul. Awesome food as well. Indian and European cuisine is good. staff is very helpful and polite.

There are two hotels on this property: Alberni and Oryx (formerly known as Mercure until January 2025). The Alberni was opened in 2023 and claims to be 5 star, but really it’s 3 star. The rooms are very nice. Three pools are shared between the hotels and one has a couple of water slides. It was too cold when we visited, 20c , so didn’t swim but the Alberni one is heated to 30c. They were clean and well maintained. The views from the property are spectacular. There are 4 restaurants between the 2 hotels; they seem to serve exactly the same food. We ate dinner at the Oryx international restaurant. It was below average in price and sadly quality; I would not recommend eating here other than its 30 minutes to get any where else so choices are limited. Breakfast buffet was ok but lacked choice. The staff are all extremely friendly but the hotel is let down by its management who have not invested in the food quality, the recipes or the chefs. In summary, overall 6/10 - nice rooms and location but poor food.

The hotel is max a 3 star not 5, the staff are lovely and the rooms are clean. However the facilities available are basic, there are very few seats available by the pool and people are swimming in Arabic clothes rather than swimsuits, children are running around making a lot of noise without supervision. Due to noise and a private party I moved rooms and was lying in bed reading when someone opened the door luckily I had the chain on as they kept banging the door until the chain broke and they opened the door!!! When I called to reception they just said let me check. I went down and still manager refused to come and they just said sorry we will have the door fixed! Disgusting do not stay here. We booked a restaurant for 10 people, turned up at the allocated time to find no table reserved and no seats available plus no apology given. The main restaurant was closed for a function and the second restaurant was under renovation so we were told only options for dinner were the pool bar at the Mercure hotel or the inside buffet restaurant at the Mercure hotel, nothing in this hotel. The pool bar menu is basic and food is brought from Mercure hotel and is cold, the buffet is rather basic and I was not comfortable to eat the salads which had Mayo as they did not seem cooled at all. All areas of outside had yellow hornets flying around as obviously no treatment to stop them. The rooms on the second day had an awful smell of sewage by midday and we had to call the engineering to come resolve the issue. I would not recommend this hotel at all, you would be much better staying at a hotel anywhere else.

Amazing experience, the hotel is so good luxury rooms and experience…. i will definitely come back Its a place when you can relax and completely disconnect….special thanks to Mounia at reception made our check in experience very smooth….
