Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Al Ain

Hotel ini datang dengan cadangan Jabatan Sumber Manusia tempatan kami. Sebagai pengembara perniagaan yang berpengalaman, saya mempunyai standard yang tinggi dan dapat melihat di luar faktor wow awal. Terdapat pengubahsuaian luaran yang sedang diselesaikan pada masa itu tetapi hotel tidak dapat dikritik kerana itu. Pemandangan gunung dan kolam renang yang indah dari bilik di tingkat 4. Cukup banyak keluarga di kolam renang tetapi pemerhatian yang teliti dan memilih masa yang lebih tenang mudah dilakukan. Saya sekarang tahu bahawa untuk tetamu memilih suite atau vila terdapat kolam renang yang lebih tenang dan berasingan. Trader Vics adalah ciri, seperti juga bar bawah. Minuman adalah nilai yang baik. Makanan sedikit di sebelah yang mahal. Ciri utama bagi saya adalah perkhidmatan dari kakitangan. Cemerlang. Akan sentiasa berusaha lebih jauh.

My stay here was excellent. I traveled alone as a single western woman, had a safe and pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, highly professional, the services are easy to access (cafes, restaurant, spa, pool, and gym are all top notch). The room was spacious, clean, I booked the classic executive suite with kitchen but no cooking facilities. I brought my own induction cook top and groceries, which was great. The kitchen was really big and able to accommodate big meals and small snacks. The bathroom was great, very spacious with a luxurious bathtub and separate shower stall. The best thing about the place was the customer service. I have 11 packages sent to myself from Amazon, and Yunip the concierge was gracious to hold all the packages for me until I arrived. Extra shoutout to him -- thank you! The reception service was also great, they were able to accommodate my late check out. Everything was perfect, will return again soon. Thankyou!

It was one of the best locations for a resort, the view was truly amazing! the cleanliness is ok, the food was amazingly delicious too, we ordered from room service we really love the lamb chops and the shrimp biryani, even in the pool bar the food was served fresh and appetising, not to mention the breakfast was absolutely devine the breads were freshly baked. there were many things we wanted to comment was about the services its taking too long to order and the order to arrive. we also noticed that some of the facilities were idle and abandoned. it is quite sad to see that this hotel is beautiful yet so much left behind. We can even imagine the breeze during winter, althou this hotel is currently operating, it was very noticeable too that there were under staff. I have to praise all the staffs that we encountered from the luggage area to reception to the gym and the breakfast staffs, also the housekeeping were very polite and attentive, despite of all the challenges. I hope that the management would see the greatest potential of this hotel, lies to the staffs who are very willing to serve, they just need more motivation and incentives indeed. I recommend the hotel in terms of the nice location near the Helli Mall and the city center and in terms of the professional and welcoming service and room cleanness.
