Everything was at a very high standard. Room was extremely spacious and very clean. Staff had superb customer service skills. The duty manager Mr Mohamed Emara was particularly helpful in resolving a mistake that I made when booking. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to go back with kids next time as the hotel appeared to be very child friendly as well.

الاستقبال شديد جداً في المعامله يشترط وضع الاسواره بالرغم انني اخبرته باني اتوضا للصلاه خمس مرات ولدي طفله سنه من العمر لاتستطيع وضعها باستمرار غرف النوم وضع كرسي مع طاوله لا الرغم كل الغرف تحتوي على كرسيين وقمنا بابلاغهم ولم يستجيبوووو وقمنا بطلب مخده ولم يستجيبو الحمام سيء جدا جدا صغير وسخ المياه تخرج إلى الغرفه الاكل سيء للغايه لايؤكل واخبرناهم قالوو بامكانكم الطلب من الخارج Alkolak2002@yahoo.com

Best stay… if you need privacy this place is the best choice… I must recommend this place, reception desk is very friendly and the service is the best.

The biggest thing is the smell of sewage in the room. It was unbearable. The last night I had to literally use oils I had to try and not smell it. The noise levels the night before from a party was not fun. The room itself is roomy and super basic. It was quite clean and that I appreciated. The smell though again, unbearable. The smell seemed to permeate much of the hotel. Breakfast was super mediocre. The smell of fried food in there was quite gross and stuck with you. I avoided breakfast the last 2 mornings bc it just wasn’t worth it. Sorry! The beach and pool area were nice though and it was in a great location close to lots of things.

My husband and I spent our Valentine’s weekend at the Sofitel Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home right away. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach was absolutely breathtaking — pristine, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing day by the water. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are top-notch, and everything was just beautifully designed. A special shoutout to Jaydee, the butler in Club Millesime, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He gave us a lovely tour of the property and took care of us throughout our visit with such warmth and kindness. His hospitality truly made our experience stand out. Overall, Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah is a must-visit destination, and we can’t wait to return. It was the perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!
