Fantastic hotel in terms of service, facilities and comfort. Admittedly the location is not ideal if you’re looking to explore on foot, but I was here for work, so that wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the reception staff, restaurant to the chauffeurs. All were extremely professional and personable. Nice pool in the centre and gym facility kept me content during downtime. Good in the buffet was of a very good standard. Problem is there was too much temptation. This led me to opt for the Italian and American option most nights. Lamb chops were first class. Would definitely return if in the area again for business.

I had a most fabulous stay. The hotel is a resort hotel set on large grounds in a quiet area of Al Jubail. I come on business and stay here each time I come. It is a hotel that ticks all the boxes. They have 2 private beaches plus a golf buggy to take you to the beach whenever you want. They have a gym and sauna and a swimming pool. It's a great hotel for both business and leisure. I got a nice welcome from the Front office Manager and a welcome drink so I knew I would be having a great stay. They serve a great Arabic coffee with dates. I enjoyed the Executive suite which was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The F&B manager was very helpful with regards to my special dietary requirements. The food variety at breakfast is amazing with great presentation and with very attentative staff. I wanted to use the jet skiis however there was an issue with the port licence. I hope it will be resolved for my visit next year as I really enjoyed the jetskiis when I came last year with my wife. The hotel is luxurious, but the best thing of the hotel is actually their staff. They genuinely want to please and ensure that all their guests have a memorable stay which I greatly appreciate. 最大的問題是空調聲音巨大以及不能開窗戶，整天房間裏都悶悶的，不舒服。 條件也很一般，不推薦。

There are many reasons to highly recommend this hotel, but all of them involve the staff. Every single person I encountered has been outstanding I would like to single out two for very very high praise. One is Sabah at the front desk. She is beyond helpful - working with me when I had to go home for 2 weeks to ensure my goods would be kept safe - this including my laundry, so when I arrived back, my clean laundry from the day I checked out was waiting for me. This is not normal, but she made it happen. The other is Roushan from the aforementioned laundry. He is a tailor by trade, and he took the initiative to repair a damaged button hole on one of my shirts. I did not have to ask - he just did it. And it looks great. The wonderful thing about this hotel is the above behaviour is normal, not the exception. Highly recommended
