فندق رائع وهادئ بالداخل والخارج . رغم سعره المرتفع إلا أنه يستحق التجربة. قريب من الكورنيشات والحدائق الجميلة كما هو قريب من منتزه الدفي والفناتير. نتمنى من إدارة الفندق إتحافنا بتخفيضات وعروض من وقت إلا آخر لنكرر الزيارة .

Fantastic hotel in terms of service, facilities and comfort. Admittedly the location is not ideal if you’re looking to explore on foot, but I was here for work, so that wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the reception staff, restaurant to the chauffeurs. All were extremely professional and personable. Nice pool in the centre and gym facility kept me content during downtime. Good in the buffet was of a very good standard. Problem is there was too much temptation. This led me to opt for the Italian and American option most nights. Lamb chops were first class. Would definitely return if in the area again for business.

Nice welcoming from Asma at the front desk . She was very Helpful, smiling, and also polite. We had appreciated it . Also , the hotel is located in the industrial area. But closer of the beach s as ‘s just about 25 lm from Fanater area which is the most beautiful aérés where to spend time in Jubayl

I had a most fabulous stay. The hotel is a resort hotel set on large grounds in a quiet area of Al Jubail. I come on business and stay here each time I come. It is a hotel that ticks all the boxes. They have 2 private beaches plus a golf buggy to take you to the beach whenever you want. They have a gym and sauna and a swimming pool. It's a great hotel for both business and leisure. I got a nice welcome from the Front office Manager and a welcome drink so I knew I would be having a great stay. They serve a great Arabic coffee with dates. I enjoyed the Executive suite which was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The F&B manager was very helpful with regards to my special dietary requirements. The food variety at breakfast is amazing with great presentation and with very attentative staff. I wanted to use the jet skiis however there was an issue with the port licence. I hope it will be resolved for my visit next year as I really enjoyed the jetskiis when I came last year with my wife. The hotel is luxurious, but the best thing of the hotel is actually their staff. They genuinely want to please and ensure that all their guests have a memorable stay which I greatly appreciate. I stayed at Karan hotel for 3 weeks as part of the agreement with the company I was hired. My overall experience was great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and courteous (Front desk, bell man, cab drivers, room service and duty managers). Quality of food served (Lunch and Buffet) was really good with range of variety. Evening dinner at Al-Barni was an amazing experience with plenty of options. Staff at the buffet section and Al-Barni was very friendly. Gym is available for fitness enthusiast. Thanks to the team at Karan hotel.
