Very thankful for Front desk staff Lilesh , shekher and Manoj Who hasbeen make our stay comfortable Very Good ambiance Infinity pool view is good & water is clean. Gym Is also well equiped & clean Break fast is also good spacially paratha. Staff is very supportive and friendly . Please provide phone no list near telephone so we can easily contact with the staff if we needed.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

It was very good, you have hotel service here, that too was good, the food was also very good, even now whenever i stay come raipur, i would like to stay in your hotel only. Couldn't take a photo from there

everything was perfect. very delicious food and chef's special are a ”MUST TRY” thing. Rooms are clean and well equipped. well mannered and friendly staff. services are quick. open garden restaurant is definitely a plus. very pocket friendly hotel. highly recommended.

Recently I attended our school reunion at Club Paraiso from 26-28 July 2024 and it was really fantastic experience. The property is very spacious for organizing various events to engage family and friends. The entire staff were very supportive and accommodating to meet the needs and requirements of the customer. I highly recommend Club Paraiso for anyone who is looking for organizing such events

The property is centrally located with easy access to public transport. They have an in house veg restaurant and the quality of the food as well as the portions served are good. The breakfast buffet is adequate but limited. The staff is pleasant and courteous and we did not face any major issues. On the down side, the rooms were a tad small for 2 adults. There was limited moving space. The lights too could have been more brighter. The tv and the electric kettle in the room were non functional. In-spite of informing them of the same, both were not rectified during our stay.

Property is lush green with awesome landscaping located beside the lake. Executive rooms are very spacious. Staff were very courteous & polite. Food is average, non veg food is lacking taste. Breakfast options are limited & not at par with 5 star standards. Too many outside bulk booking present in teapot area. Group booking of males some company drunken people were disturbing the dining guest & violating 5 star ambience. These people were crowding the buffet area & started eating while standing near by serving area as if like crowd does in shaadi halls, people should take there respective seats at assigned tables while dining. Lastly infrastructure is amazing. Amenities good.

Best hotel in Raipur city, Excellent services. All staff very helpfull they are very professional in their work. And also reception staff , Management very helpfull, Very excellent services . One of the best places to stay Raipur. I recommend the business community to stay here if you are coming to chattisgarh.

Staff Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Isha of singhanaia sarovar in Raipur City were amazing with great service. They were quite friendly. ***** with the singer Mr. Suman had good voice Must visit place for fine dine. Thank you so much ! Happy to be here.

One word pathetic….no star should be given to the hotel as most of the basic facilities expected to be present Ina 4 star hotel are all together non existent.Below are the pointers which are enumerated so as to make our point clear. 1.highly non courteous staff.They presume as if we are being paid to stay at this place. 2. Non existent house keeping facilities which infact the front desk of the hotel also believed in and told us about when we had already ventured or paid in advance the tariff. 3. Highly ILL cooked food which smells stale and could make any one catch up a disease. 4. Non existent support staff…they themselves are not aware of their basic responsibilities as are prevalent Ina hospitality industry. 5. Swimming pool is so dirty and filthy.From the water of the swimming pool they fill buckets to wash utensils and clothes. 6. Highly arrogant staff. To name a few worst performer was Manohar,the person incharge of the restaurant. 7. If you have the basic requirement of having bottled distilled water they will make u feel as u are somewhere caught up in a deserts location where there is scarcity of drinking water and will specifically tell u the bottled water is only available till 10:30 PM only. 8.For all your other requirements like soap,shaving kit etc you have to be already well prepared as they will be taking around 2 to 2 and a half hours to supply the same. Hope the above experience in the form of bad luck would be enough for other travellers to be staying away from Piccadilly Raipur. At the end the hard earned money is for getting proper services and not for getting perturbed and distressed…

Have stayed here many times in the last one year. The hotel is the most premium property available in Bilaspur city and very good for business travellers. Check in and check out- Mr. Abhishek at front desk made things very swift and smooth. Rooms are uptodate. Only have some complains with the aircon, where the thermostat was not keeping temp under control. Had to switch on and off manually from time to time. Breakfast was a very nice spread and Chef Dharmendra made you feel really pampered. A good change one can see since last 2-3 months is very polite, warm and helpful nature of the team making you feel very welcome. For choosing rooms be very careful not to get a room near a pub in the neighborhood mall from which the music continues till late night, making it difficult to sleep.

The property is well maintained. The breakfast menu could have been better. Too limited options. The staff however was very nice and made coffee / tea / omlette as per the request. The towels in the bathroom and the bedsheets were not that good. Looked dirty.

It wasn't clean at all and even the in room dining wasn't good at all. Feels a little unsafe. Needs a lot of improvement

🫧Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the hotel is quite large and boasts a party hall and restaurant, my stay in the deluxe room was disappointing. The room did not meet the standard of a deluxe category, and there was a persistent bad odor every time i entered. Additionally, the hotel felt old and in need of renovation. Overall, i expected a more pleasant stay given the hotel's amenities.

All hotel staff were nice and humble and cooperative. Miss dipeka in reception was good she instantly change the room when complaint about ac. Nice property at low cost

I was visiting Raigarh for first time. Due to some official work. I was supposed to stay in Raigarh for 2 days. As per my company budget I opt to stay at this hotel. Hotel is designed well and staff is also very nice and cooperative but the hotel is not maintained well ❤️‍🩹

Had to been to Raigarh many times and have stayed in different hotels. ever since I started saying in Accord Premier, there';s no change in hotel. The location is good - on the main road. Food - Superb Room Quality - very good (Try taking the room mountain facing - beautiful seneary. Breakfast - very good Staff - well trained and courtous. Room Space - good Room Service - very nice overall a good place to stay.

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great. Hotels like a lodge. Grade. I have booked deluxe room, but facilities provide very poor, no towels provided, even water bottle provide in last. Rooms found seapage.
