I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

Отличный отель, есть все, что нужно. Еда просто выше всех похвал. Отличный спа и массаж. Рядом много магазинов и есть где погулять по набережной

Had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, spotless too! ALL staff were warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plentiful. We especially liked that you could not 'bag' a sun lounger before 9.30am, a sign was put on every lounger, one of my pet peeves that people bag one and then go and have a leisurely breakfast! So was very happy about that!

Currently here for a second year during the Easter holidays. All I can say is WOW. The food, service, cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms, hotel and pool are spotlessly clean, the wonderful cleaning team are so hard working and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding, and new water in our mini fridge. Rooms are spacious and modern. The food! An amazing variety of dishes at both lunch and dinner, and themed nights every other night! (The tacos and chicken wraps on Mexican night were delicious, as well as the freshly cooked Seabass on seafood night!) the breakfast has a great choice, with freshly made toasted sandwiches and lovely Omelettes made by Aynur every morning. The fried chicken and burgers at the poolside snack bar (open from 10:30-midnight, closed only during dinner service) were always freshly made and delicious. The biggest asset to this hotel are the wonderful staff- they are attentive, friendly and cannot do enough for you. A big thank you to Yasemin, Leyla and Layla - we were never without a freshly made iced coffee, Turkish tea, ice cream or slice of San Sebastián cheesecake at the patisserie! (You must visit the on-site patisserie- their cakes and drinks are incredible) We visited the Thursday market which is directly outside the hotel and got some great bargains! It’s huge! We also, on a couple of occasions, got a short taxi ride (€5) to the centre of Alanya (ask to go to Centrum) where there are hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants. Another amazing stay at Sunprime C-Lounge, we are currently booking to come back again at the same time!

I enjoyed a quiet week at this hotel. Comfortable, modern rooms, good selection of food and drink, and reasonably priced. Even at this time of year, there was plenty of sunshine. The beach is extremely nearby, with a short underground passageway linking the hotel and sandy beach. The spa was especially good - I had a daily 1 hour treatment and left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. There is also an excellent indoor pool, sauna and steam room in this area. The Turkish Bath experience is well worth a try! If you have a massage or treatment, Pebri is a fantastic therapist and I strongly recommend! I came alone to relax and de-stress after an especially difficult year, and this hotel has been great at helping me unwind. Thank you.

Just Wow! We’ve just come back from our Honeymoon, on the second day I had already booked to come back next year. The Staff are fantastic AAA* if you can’t find something to eat there is something wrong with you. Miryam is amazing in the spa, she worked wonders with my shoulders. We met some amazing friends at this hotel. We had never been in an adult only hotel prior to this one and it has set a President. If you are looking for somewhere to unwind and be looked after, book this Hotel you will not regret it. Thank you Sunprime Dawn & Jonny

I just had a massage at the hotel, it was amazing. She was very thorough & her touch on the face was kind whilst the body massage was firm. I would highly recommend the massage. It was a combination of the classic massage & hot stones. The head part of it was amazing.

The hotel was amazing. Staff was kind and helpful . The room was cleaned everyday. Love the was you could pick which pillow you wanted. Would have loved to have a sun lounge on the balcony. Food was hot and tasty and loads to choose from. The coffee shop was a place we went 3 times a day and that was the best coffee.

Great value, spotless with good food and lovely staff. As a vegetarian, they ( and the rest of Turkey) should do more! Very few veggie options and food often not labelled so I didn't know what contained meat. Some dishes nedlessly contained meat- like egg plant lasagne! Evenng entertainment was low key , often with reliance on the resident D.J. All said, lovely hotel and quite amaxing value.

I had hamam in the sandal turkish bath and spa with meriyem. She was very nice and professional and i had a wonderfull experience. The sauna was great and the bath was so good. I really liked the face mask and they even gave us a tray with fruit and nuts while we waited for our massage.
