I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

Отличный отель, есть все, что нужно. Еда просто выше всех похвал. Отличный спа и массаж. Рядом много магазинов и есть где погулять по набережной

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Pristine and friendly. The staff could not do enough for us! We went in our honeymoon and got 5 star treatment. We had breakfast in bed one morning and an al-la-cart dinner, specially dressed for a honeymoon couple. The room was beautiful with sea view where we caught some beautiful sunsets. The room service was excellent. The waiting staff were brilliant and the little lady rolling pancakes was so sweet. Beautiful piano and flute music filled supplied an ambience on a few evenings - just beautiful! If you want something special - here is where you need to be. A big thank you to all at the C-Lounge from us as it’s a holiday we will never forget. Only one complaint: We had a wonderful Turkish Bath experience in the hotel’s spa but the man there continually pestered guests, relaxing around the pool area to have massages. We had one and had done what we had intended. It was great - we loved it but was hounded to do more, with “discounts” which we didn’t want! But that is the only complaint - everything else was just perfect! :D

I have recently returned from here and I have to say that it is simply lovely! My room was a very good size, with a tv, a very comfy bed, a dressing table, a good size wardrobe and the bathroom was more than adequate with an amazing shower! I was on the 1st floor not far from the buffet restaurant and noise levels were minimal even when a piano or flute were playing in the middle just outside my room, which was pleasant. They spa was lovely and I had a Hamman and a massage. My only issue was that the Spa instisted on cash payments of which I had limited amounts and since I had losr my physical card I could not take cash from an ATM. I did book 3 more but then got a call to my room 2 days before my 1st one was due asking me to go down and pay for all 3 in full before they closed at 7. This made me uncomfortable slightly and I had to call my tour rep and cancelled my treatments. The FOOD was absolutely lovely at every sitting! Drinks available and I was always asked if I wanted a drink of some sort by a waiter/waitress who were always happy to help. I witnessed Oktoberfest where the whole pool area was transformed, I thought I had walked into someones wedding, it was a fabulous night! As a solo traveller comfort is key and for the most part this Hotel supplied just that! I would definitely return and have told my daughter to go her friend

This was unecpected Experience Such a nice place to stay,super clean ,extremely friendly and great room service. Food was amazing and there was lots of variety especially for me since I am vegetarian.Service was outstanding,Ali was amazing and all the people that cook and serve food. Such a friendly staff. Hotel also have amazing spa and hamam. It was recommended by Serkam who worked there .Me and my husband both have few different massages.My favorite and best massagers was Meriyem and Aiperi .Such a talented lady’s. After relaxing time in Spa we also went to hair stylist Ahmet and I just have to say Wow Everything and Everyone in that place deserves 5 stars I highly recommend this place Such a positive experience I love Alanya and there hospitality

We have just enjoyed a relaxing stay at the C-Lounge. This is a relatively small hotel but very comfortable and with excellent facilities, including a refreshing outdoor swimming pool to cool off in. We found the hotel to be scrupulously clean in all the areas and they had a huge array of excellent food choices to cater for everyone’s tastes and needs. We enjoyed the Mexican, Turkish and Fish nights but the Oktoberfest gala dinner was absolutely awesome and definitely one we will remember! The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks goes to Murat who looked after us at every meal, always with a welcoming smile.

Still have two days left of my holiday here at sunprime C Lounge and it has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!!! Everywhere is immaculate!! Rooms are Stunning have absolutely everything you need. Cleaned every day clean towels every day if needed. The staff are exceptionally good from Furkan who checked me in to Ramazam at Bar Wait staff in restaurant Osman Salih Muharrem Halil Head chef Salih food was just AWESOME!! Especially the patisserie section with Leyla. I don't know why anyone would have negative about this Hotel and I am only sorry that I booked previous to coming here another Hotel for next year. But if I can squeeze in another holiday I wil be back here

It was the best week for me and my wife in our lives! The hotel is wonderful, beautiful, the cleaning staff is amazing, everywhere is very clean. Room and bathroom super, food varied and tasty, there is something for everyone. The staff in the canteen very friendly and helpful, they are smiling all the time. The pool is awesome, clean, the pier on the beach is a brilliant idea. All the service staff are always smiling and helpful, the barman Halil is always smiling and saying a kind word. We especially want to thank the barman SAFAK...he organised a lovely surprise on my birthday, I could always talk to him and they were always fun conversations :) Once again thank you very much!!!! Beautiful hotel, even better staff, we will definitely be back!!!

We came for our honeymoon and had a fabulous time. Our experience was very similar to the person below who took the time to review each area. We couldn’t have asked for better with friendly staff, delicious food and a clean comfy room. Would definitely come back. Only slight let down was the noise from the hotel next door but we slept through this and had a great nights sleep every night. Long transfers are a bit gruelling in the small hours but it was worth it. Make sure to turn your door switch to red before you go to sleep otherwise the maid will knock to see if you want anything.
