Ulasan Nam Naka Boutique Hotel

Bangunan sangat dekat dengan jalan raya dan sangat bising, tidak boleh tidur. Penyambut tetamu malam merokok **** dan tidak boleh bercakap biasa dan membantu dengan tempat letak kereta. Parking kereta penuh dan tidak boleh letak berhampiran. Bilik banyak semut. Perkara lain adalah baik - cadar, tuala, peralatan.

Lokasi yang baik, berhampiran dengan pasar Naka dan pusat membeli-belah pusat Phuket. Aiskrim buatan sendiri memang sedap. Penyambut tetamu sangat membantu, orang yang hebat yang akan membimbing anda.

Kakitangan sangat comel. Perkhidmatan seperti bintang Jamrat, seperti perhatian, bertanya apa-apa, sentiasa mendapat jawapan yang baik. Kolam renangnya luas, besar, bersih, makanan makan malam sedap, harga tidak terlalu mahal, saya sangat suka. Bilik bersih, besar, kanak-kanak sangat suka, sarapan pun banyak. Akan datang lagi 💓💓🏖️🏖️☺️☺️ Sesiapa yang singgah ke Phuket mesti cuba tidur di sini. Sangat dekat dengan pantai.

The staff is nice and the room is clean. However, we got ants everywhere in the room, a few on the bed. Only 2 sockets in the room, one is by the bed and one is under the sink (like I should charge anything under the sink -.-') The location is not the best if I am honest, can't really get around without a motorbike. There is a 7/11 nearby. The sound isolation is not the best but it will do. I guess Double glazed windows is not a thing in Thailand.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel have a very tasty ice-cream home. Recommended!

Amazing stay

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nam Naka Boutique Hotel, and while the experience had its moments of charm, there were notable areas that left room for improvement. The boutique hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, offering a tranquil atmosphere that provides a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive initial impression. However, one aspect that stood out was the somewhat lacking amenities. While the hotel exuded a quaint charm, it fell short in terms of modern conveniences. The absence of certain amenities that are considered standard in many hotels left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection. Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. It's essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize cleanliness to ensure guests feel at ease during their visit.

It was okay only for sleeping even though it was noisy. Close to the old town.

Budget hotel with nice decoration, clean room and they provide all necessary stuff in the room. For those who really need the silence while sleep might need to consider as it could get some noise from the road in front of the hotel but I'm fine with that.

This hotel isn't really in a touristy area, I stayed here because I was flying out of Phuket the next day and didn't want to deal with the traffic out of Patong in the morning. The hotel itself was quite nice and the staff were also very friendly. If you are looking for a budget friendly option this place is good.
