Kandelor Hotel

The Kandelor Hotel is without a doubt our favorite hotel in Alanya. We have stayed there 4 times and this hotel will definitely be our choice every time we visit Alanya. Our hearts have been won by the Kandelor team, who are very attentive to their customers. Starting from the room service, the restaurant staff to the reception. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and we are taken care of very well. Our special thanks goes to all of them. You are the best! At the same time, the location of the hotel with the city center and Kleopatra beach is also a big plus. Both are a short walk away. The bus service from the hotel is very good.

This was our first visit to Alanya, the city is beautiful but most of all , we were amazed by the hotel we chose. At first glance, I can say that I have never seen such a caring staff, who is humble and welcomes their guests in the best possible way. The food is very tasty and the cleaning depar**ent is very good. Hotel is very close to the city center, walking distance to everywhere! 5 minutes from Cleopatra beach. We will come back as soon as possible Kandelor!!!Thank you again.

After travelling for hours we arrived at the hotel at 4 45am I had requested twin beds and had a confirmation by email that it wasn't a problem. Our request was not carried out and was given a double. We had to spend two nights there as apparently the hotel was full. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, roasted veg, scrambled eggs chips, onion rings cereals, bread and olives, apples, salad and halva. Lunch starts at 12.30 and you need to be there early as things run out quickly and there are massive queues. Lunch is the best meal. Afternoon you get cake and biscuits. Evening meal again you need to be there at 7.30 for the same reason as Lunch. The head chef wanders around in the evening trying to look important and serving drinks to only selective people. The young staff and barman work hard and are friendly in general. The pool area is very small for the amount of people staying there who are mainly Eastern European or Russian. Towels are left on the few sunbeds so you are lucky to get one. The beach you have to pay for. 950 Lira for 2 sunbeds and umbrella in Beach 9. They are of low standard compared to others. We weren't allowed towels. Apparently it wasn't included in our AI package!! Strange as everyone else got them. The hotel is listed in UK as Xperia Kandelor Hotel, however, this is not true. They aren't part of this hotel group and left the Xperia group 4 years ago. I wouldn't have booked this had I known. There is no entertainment, you can't use the facilities of the other Xperia hotels and it is definitely NOT a four star. I would give it two. Food is repetitive and always luke warm even if it just comes out. The puddings were the best bit. Make sure you get them same time as your dinner or they will run out and not be replaced. The beds were comfortable and aircon works. Personally I don't think this hotel is for English people. I wouldn't stay here again as looking around there are far more luxurious 4 Star hotels offering way better facilities

An ordinary 3-star vibe hotel that needs a bit of TLC, though the same 5-cm cockroaches that lived in our hotel room also inhabited Antalya airport. Not kidding. However, the food was always fresh and very good, and local. Not a lot of variety because this IS a small hotel. As is the pool. If you don't go get dinner exactly at opening time, you will miss out on most of the sweets and fresh fruit as there are a lot of Russian tourists who horde their plates full of food just to be thrown away. Otherwise, the staff was always very nice and welcoming. Special kudos to the barman who tirelessly served me cheap wine and beer all day long. Nothing special but definitely a good cheap stay in Alanya. 15-20 minute walk to the city center where most of the parties take place.

The guy Kerim works in Night shift was extremely bad in behaviour my girlfriend checked inn one day before i arrived but then I arrived he didn’t let me check in like 2am in night even we already asked from management and they allowed us we just need to pay extra but he didn’t let me inn and called the police since i had Pakistani passport and said you guys are terrorist go back to Pakistan and Police couldn’t speak English at all so they ask us to leave as well …. I would recommend Sailor Hotel very near to them and very nice staff in same price we get whole apar**ent with separate bathroom and kitchen where they even clean my dishes after i eat super clean environment and nice swimming pool as well… i give 💩 rate to Kerim

We where in April in this hotel. Hotel is close to the beach and it takes a couple of minutes. Spa center was great and it was one of the best part of our vacation.It is one of the best cuisines among hotels we have been to in Turkey (near 10 hotels).The food was diverse, always fresh and very very delicious. We plan to visit in autumn again.

Great hotel. All inclusive!!!! Great food. Great staff especially the multi lingual Gunel(the best hotel receptionist in Turkey I met and I've been in Turkey already 40 days in the last 2 months visiting 30 hotels all over Turkey) Great price. Best return for your money. Great location:20 minutes by foot to the beaches and the night clubs and the marina Great place to have romantic/ fun vacation. Go there and enjoy.

Hotel is good! Room is big. Shower was broken at arrivel but was fixed in only minutes and after the shower was very good. Beds are also good! Food in the hotel is good. Maybe they can do dinner a little bit longer, then it is less busy in the restaurant and better for the boys who are working there. Service at the reception is good. Everybody is very helpfull and very friendly. Service at the restaurant is amazing. The boys work so hard and they make your holiday the best you can have in Alanya!

Hello to everyone! I would recommend this hotel because of its quality and organization.. First of all, the food is tasty, there is a nice variety of dishes every day, its location is undeniable, and price ratio is very true to its function. I would like to point out, every employee here is willing to help, they work very hard, with a smile on their face, so everyone is doing their best to improve customer experience, especially Kerim - at the reception, and the main Chef - who surely does more then job description expects him to 😘for their nice attitude and helpfullnes.. Beach num7.is also nice, towels are provided each day, and bed and linen are always clean.. Also they are so nice, while learning our language each day, playing our music, and being just friendly and professional, i give you 💯 for all the effort..
