Ulasan Atour Hotel (Qingyuan Shunying Guangbai)

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. First off, the location is excellent, right near the city center with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel's exterior has a modern design, and the lobby is spacious and bright, giving you a real 'at home' feeling. As for the room, I stayed in a standard room, which was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and both the pillows and duvet were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality, showing great attention to detail. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was strong, and there was a wide variety of TV channels. The desk and chair were well-designed, making it perfect for business travelers. Regarding the service, the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Check-in and check-out procedures were quick, and the front desk was available 24/7 to help with any issues, which were always resolved promptly. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and everything was very fresh, catering to different guests' tastes. Overall, this hotel offers a high standard in terms of location, facilities, and service. It provides excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Hotel follow-up calls are annoying.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helped us find a suitable room, allowing us to settle in comfortably and happily. The hotel's complimentary self-service late-night supper, particularly the congee, was a thoughtful touch – it's rare for hotels to offer such a service. The floor cleaner called to inquire about the cleaning time and provided us with the necessary amenities. On our check-out day, my husband and I were out and about, and returned quite tired, really wanting to rest. The gentleman at the front desk graciously allowed us an extra hour for check-out, which gave us much-needed rest – we are very grateful! The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient access to a variety of delicious food and shopping options. Atour Hotel Qingyuan is an excellent choice.

The service was excellent; they immediately upgraded our room when there was a minor issue, which was very considerate. The hotel's location is also great, very close to Guangzhou Department Store and the riverside.

Convenient and clean hotel with good location. Staff are nice. My kid cried at the lobby as she fell down and the staff immediately came to check if she was fine. She even gave her some toys to make her smile.

The place is very nice. We can go to the mall within five minutes.

Great hotel, clean, great room service, nice staff. It’s possible to wash your clothes in washing machines that are accessible with no extra fee. Washing detergent is provided. They also have drying machines and a place to air dry your clothes.

Very nice, the room is spacious and comfy. Hygiene and the facilities are clean.

Our stay at Atour was satisfactory in general. The room is spacious and generally clean. The hotel provided comfortable memory foam pillows, superior to regular hotel pillows, and a good, strong hairdryer. The service staff were friendly and helpful as well (A lady, 枚香, patiently helped us set up the fridge and introduced some attractions to us). Overall, there were no major issues, but as indoor smoking is allowed, the cigarette smoke from some guests create an unpleasant environment. Some other slight flaws were that there were mosquitoes in the hotel but thankfully, the rooms were generally clear of them. Also, the gym is a bit rundown but it’s still functional. Would recommend this place to friends and family as it was a comfortable stay and the hotel is conveniently located close to a large mall with a variety of shops and diverse food options!
