Mooie kamers netjes en verzorgd, het eten valt tegen weinig keus en lauw. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en behulpzaam.

Looked for a mid range holiday/stay over Christmas to get away from the hustle and bustle of UK, Looking at the picture and ratings OntheBeach it looked amazing and worth the price, boy how shocked and disappointed I was when we arrived. No food or snack available for late arrivals, considering we paid for all inclusive and hotel was well aware of our arrival, room was spacious and tidy, however it smelt of stale water, no hot water, so couldn't bath after a long flight, toilet is split from room by glass doors covered with a curtain, so may not suit all. only one little cover on the bed, no extra blanket available, reception wasn't very helpful (had to help myself from laundry cupboard Pool is in the dining area, roof was leaking rain water and made the area very slippery, food was cold and sub standard (burnt) not very much of a selection, deserts disappointing. My advice is never trust OnTheBeach or hotel ratings, please ensure you do your own due diligence, as you may find yourself disappointed. Some of the staff are not very friendly and I think are over worked. The plus point is location

I am currently staying at the Cleopatra Golden Beach Hotel and overall it has a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic - just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the area. The room is clean and cozy enough, the bed is comfortable. The service staff did a great job of keeping it tidy during my stay. However, some of the furniture and equipment is a bit dated and needs some updating to improve the overall experience. The ALL INCLUSIVE buffet offers a decent selection of food, everything is tasty and varied and is quite suitable for a longer stay. But one of the surprises is the portions of strong alcohol - whiskey, gin, rakia and vodka are poured in 10ml portions), although wine and beer are served normally. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any requests or questions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable accommodation close to the beach, understanding that it is more of a modest option than a luxury one. For the price, Cleopatra Golden Beach offers good value for money, especially for budget travelers looking for a convenient location.

We Finns spent a super nice holiday week at this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent and the hotel is within easy reach of every location. The beach is right in front of the hotel and is very clean. The hotel staff is very nice, friendly and professional. I really liked the hotel food and delicious salads. The room was cleaned daily very well. Special thanks to the tall man at reception. We had a very good time in this hotel. We look forward to our next trip to this hotel. Many Thanks!

We three Finnish women spent lovely week in this hotel in October 2024. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic on Cleopatra Beach. The beach is just across the road and the hotel beach has a good atmosphere. Our room met all expectations and we were very satisfied. Staff absolutely lovely, very friendly and good service. We liked the food very much, very delicious. There were always lots of salads and vegetables on the table. The hotel is very clean and the room was well cleaned every day. We are planning our next trip to this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!

Lots of problems and bad service. First off we was moved to another hotel at arrival then we got a shi*** room with no AC. My grandfather got sick because they wouldnt fix the AC in their room and all they did was lying about fixing it. This went on for 3 fu**ing days after we were already moved to another hotel for the first day. Wouldnt even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I am extremely disappointed. This completely ruined our vacation and made my grandfather sick for a long time and we went to turkey mainly because he feels much better in this climate normally, but because of this hotel it was all ruined. If you care about your selves or loved ones don’t ever book at this hotel.

We spent 10 days with friends. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and cozy. It is by the sea and a 5-minute walk from the center. The food was delicious and hot. Our rooms were constantly cleaned. They were in a very hygienic condition. The staff was very friendly. See you again next time Cleopatra golden beach

I would not choose this hotel a second time, located near a noisy street. The pictures are not the same as in reality! The hotel caters for up to 200 guests, mostly Russians, who beat each other up at night disrupting and non-existent curfew. The bar seats about 15 people and there are only 6 (yes, six) sun loungers in the small pool, which would have been crowded that I didn't use once. Standard rooms are less than 3 metres square, so moving around beds and other furniture is an assault course. Towels not changed, even when requested with grace. Very noisy air conditioning, makes it impossible to be on the balcony at all. Food so-so, sometimes shocking when it comes to breakfast is what is from lunch. Kitchen staff nice. The balcony was tiny overlooking the metal sheets! Wi-fi practically works. Very noisy in the hotel.

WARNING Do not book this hotel. Pics are not like the real thing! Hotel serves up to 200 guests mainly Russian and other European however the bar area seats around 30 guests and there is only 6 (yes six) sun loungers for a small pool which would be crowded with half a dozen swimmers! Standard rooms are less than 3 metres squared so it is an assault course to move around the beds and other furniture. Food shocking and leftovers recycled to next meal( so sprouts and broccoli for breakfast)! Staff terrible apart from Ramazan who was the only person willing to help us. Balcony was tiny! TERRIBLE!!!
