I did not stay but only benefitted from dinner, gym and spa with massage. I ate a pizza with raw ham with excellent dough and seasoning: thanks pizza makers Andrea and Pino, obviously Italian. Really very good !!! As for the gym and the Spa I must say that I found it very clean and welcoming. As for the massage, one of the best facts in my life with foot reflexology. I have to thank the holistic operator Doris, a very prepared professional who put me at ease, with sweetness. I hope to find all of you who have brighten up my stay. Thank you very much, I will be back!

Room was nice, clean and reasonable size with small balcony. We didn´t like pillows with synthetic filling and polyester sheets not great but otherwise comfortable mattresses. Nice wellness area. Nice modern hotel, location close to ski lifts, free parking. Shame that the lady at reception when we arrived seemed not interested in providing any information at all other than location of lift and room number. No mention of the wellness area, ski room, play areas, rules for covid and mask wearing etc. she also seemed to have no idea that there is a playroom and kids club (although we later found out that kids club is non existent and is in fact only a meeting room kitted out with some books and a few toys.) Online they advertised kids entertainment in the holiday period (basteln and kinderdisco etc.) this was non-existent and no info was visible in the hotel either about it. We were halb pension - menus are displayed daily in the lift suggesting perhaps a more exciting dining experience than what you actually get. Breakfast buffet was ok, but the warm food at dinner was so unappetizing that one evening I just had salad. Basically the Halb Pension means warm buffet + soup/salad - do not expect to anything appetizing that has been sitting under a warm lamp. Kids even complained that their food was cold. Real shame. We even saw people bringing in take away pizza to the restaurant, I assume because they didnt want to eat what was on offer!!! The staff mainly were nice and tried to be helpful but seemed a bit confused at times. The reception and check in really is the first impression of a hotel, the lady we got was terrible - the man checking us out however was lovely. Some improvements definitely needed but all in all it was an ok experience. Not sure I would go back and if I did I would not do halb pension.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale con il pacchetto ”AlpinTrend-Ski-Package”. Nella conferma ricevuta via mail dall'hotel il pacchetto comprendeva una giornaliera per il comprensorio sciistico Arosa-Lenzerheide per persona a notte. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che la giornaliera era solamente per la prima notte. Alla ricezione ci hanno pure detto chiaramente che costa meno acquistare la giornaliera alle casse degli impianti rispetto al loro pacchetto che però vendono come ”offerta” sul sito dell'hotel. Colazione ottima, a buffet. Pulizia scarsa. La stanza e i locali comuni non vengono puliti giornalmente! In camera però viene rifatto il letto ogni giorno, come pure vuotati i cestini. Sarebbe apprezzato un bollitore in camera che attualmente non è disponibile. Bella la zona wellness, con asciugamano e accappatoio. Sarebbe però molto utile un tavolino oppure un vassoio per appoggiare i bicchieri e le tazze utilizzate per separarle da quelle ancora pulite.

Für 2 Nächte durften wir den außergewöhnlichen Komfort und das sehr freundliche Personal im Hotel Krone genießen. Bereits der Empfang bei der Anreise war überaus freundlich. Wir waren früh am Vormittag zum Skifahren angereist. Problemlos konnten wir die geräumige Tiefgarage und den Skikeller benutzen. Das Hotel ist idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren, kurzer Fußweg zur Gondelstation. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit genügend Platz für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Das Badezimmer beispielhaft und mit modernen Materialien eingerichtet incl. Duschgel, Bodylotion und Fön. Wasserkocher für Tee ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer war leise und wir hatten 2 sehr angenehme und ruhige Nächte. Großer Kinderspielbereich neben dem Empfang. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leere Platten oder Behältnisse wurden umgehend aufgefüllt. Das Angebot war sehr reichhaltig, gesund und vermutlich auch regional. An der Bar lässt sich sehr gut ein Aperitif zu sich nehmen. Im Angebot ist sicher für jeden Genießer etwas dabei. Zum Abendessen im Restaurant sollte ein Tisch reserviert werden. Sehr positiv waren wir von dem überaus freundlichen Personal angetan. Der Empfang, die Restaurantbedienungen, Housekeeping, alle hatten immer ein freundliches Lächeln oder einen Gruß auf den Lippen. Das haben wir selten in anderen Hotels so erlebt. Ganz großes Lob. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
