All staff at the reception are so nice and helpful. They solved our problems and requests quickly. Especially the lady who is the manager, she always stand in front of the office every morning. She is a perfect staff. Coco

Excellent value for money. Great location , right opposite to the tube and the Tower of London. Adrian very kindly facilitated our check in and weโ€™ve received some complimentary offerings. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Thank you for the excellent stay. We will definitely return in the future.

read some bad experiences from the comment. But my first impression was not bad. We are earlier, about 10:00 am, and the room is not ready. We can store our luggage in the reception, really helpful. Our room was upgraded, the room was nice, we have a sitting room and an open kitchen. We enjoy sitting next to the window and enjoying our breakfast there. Overall, the people in the hotel were helpful, the room was beautiful, the location was not bad, and the hotel restaurant was not bad too!

Very good location, close to Tower Bridge, and close to subway! Room size is also bigger than other similar type hotels I stayed before. Service is also great, highly recommended.

Excellent service with excellent views. Very convenient location. This is my first time to stay in London for business trip and travel during the christmas time. I truly appreciated all the support from this hotel especially I would like to thank you for customer service manger (Mr. Ayush Mehta) for his excellent care and support to us. Thank you for being so patient to us and we were so satisfied of all the arrangement! Thank you for giving us a great memories staying in London with this hotel. Me and my partner had a great time! Excellent service from the start of our stay and finish. We arrived 1 hour early and asked the reception staff if we could leave our bags, the service was amazing, they donโ€™t only checked us in early, but also upgraded us to the executive suit. The housekeeping staff was very friendly in the morning and the breakfast team was also superb! Every one single staff was brilliant!

The location is perfect. 2 mins walk to metro station. 2 lines. And close to tower bridge. Shard and sky garden also the walk distance. It has kettle for boiling water. And washing machine to wash and dry clothes. The suite is spacious. Definitely, I will stay here next time. Super good !

It was a beautiful experience. Great location, beautiful facility, I would love to stay there again and would 100% recommend. Almost a 10/10, just one thing which I thought was not good enough; we stayed more than a night, after our first night, on our way out we asked for our suite to be cleaned (around 11am) however when we got back around 3pm, it was not cleaned yet. When it was eventually cleaned they still managed to leave one of the bins behind. Everything was eventually sorted.

Very spacious and clean room, good location, super near the tower bridge. The only thing to complain about was the sofa bed is not very steady.
