I’ve been staying in hotels recently but this place has changed my opinion on self catering, it was a great experience. Very polite and friendly staff, the room was spotless and I mean spotless, clean and fresh towels every day, the pool (2 pools) area was big with plenty of beds, the reception area had this amazing clean fresh smell, bar area and restaurant was spotless too. We didn’t eat much here only once we had all you can eat lunch but the options were great not the norm Spanish food but a bit more thought in the options suitable for all different tastes. Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely beach within no more then 4/5 mins walk away a shop across the road and bus stop around the corner where you can jump on the bus to the port. Honestly this place was fantastic I would 100% recommend this for families, couples and for older friends, it’s not suitable for the younger friends looking to party. Excellent experience overall

The hotel was lovely spotless clean staff extremely friendly and helpful rooms lovely clean the shower was hot and clean towels every day the food was lovely good choice for both breakfast and evening meals I would definitely recommend this hotel and good for families too the beds were very comfortable as well. Near to the beach and shops plenty eating places nearby

Excellent hotel with the friendliest of staff, all in a perfect location. We have been many times and hope to visit many more times. Relaxing hotel for adults but still have entertainment for kids and adults. Pool area is terrific and all inclusive is a bargain even if you only take soft drinks and water. Well done to Rosa and her team at reception. The restaurant and staff work so hard too so big shout out to Jesica, Ana. Manica et al. Thanks for making our holiday so great.

Nice hotel in a great location. I haven’t given it 5 stars because the rooms were a little outdated and just looked like they needed some TLC, as did bits of the hotel, but we had a wonderful time. Close enough to the main ***** that we didn’t use the hotel for any meals except breakfast one morning. Pool was great, kids loved it, never a rush for sun beds either, always plenty available. Reception were nice and helpful, bar staff really nice too. Maid service was quick and efficient. Would stay here again, as a big family with babies and older kids, it catered to all of us.

We stayed self catering, we didn’t opt for meals at the hotel as there was plenty to do outside and we ate in the apartment a couple of times. The kitchens are well equipped from a gadget perspective, microwave, toaster, however I had to ask for a bread knife as there were just 4 table knives, I felt a bit weird walking around the hotel with a bread knife, the cutlery drawer was really lacking. Other that there’s nothing to complain about, my daughter slept on the sofa bed and was given a sponge topper. Given the time she got up each morning, I’d say she was comfortable! Lots of towels, regular cleaning and a nice (albeit very cold in October) pool

Baffled by all the great reviews as our experience was very different. Rooms seem to have been updated recently but everything has been done on the cheap. Our first night we were kept awake by the canvas picture on the wall banging due to an unknown breeze. Beds were comfy but no mattress covers, just a thin sheet. Sofa bed in the apartment is like a brick. Not even comfy to sit on. Air con effective and shower was good. Never an issue with hot water. Rooms were clean with daily maid service. There is the usual scramble for sunbeds as there are nowhere near enough to go round. Pool was a bit grotty in places. The hotel is not far from the beach, we also hired a car to visit other areas. Restaurant was a particular low point. It was like stepping back in time. Crispy paper table cloths and half the restaurant closed off most of the time. The staff were also quite scary, we witnessed one young male shout at a guest who had dared to ask if there were any more croissants. This was standard too, food often running out, no drinking water, no ketchup, tables not laid. Food was ok but random options meaning sometimes it was hard to make a meal with what was there. The AI ‘snacks’ are curly sandwiches and a sad selection of fruit by the pool bar. You can buy pizzas, burgers etc which are cooked fresh and were reasonably priced and generous portions. Entertainment was poor, although we preferred to go out of an evening so only saw bits of it in passing. Bar staff and reception staff were lovely and very helpful when needed. Overall, having read the reviews our expectations were high and we felt badly let down and disappointed with our choice. This was not a cheap holiday in £s but the hotel and experience did not feel like value for money.

What an amazing hotel. With the price that we paid I wasn’t expecting much, just somewhere to sleep realistically but my expectations were blown out of the water. Upon arrival the reception staff were friendly, quick and efficient with checking us in. We then got to the room which was outstanding… clean, spacious, modern, well lit and a beautiful spacious balcony. The domestic staff are so friendly and work so hard, the rooms, the corridors, the lifts and the stairs are always spotless and smell so fresh! The pool is cleaned multiple times a day and the pool man works so hard to keep everything clean. There are so many sun loungers available that there is never an issue to get one and you can move throughout the day to suit you. The breakfast staff are so friendly and always clearing up. There is so much choice at breakfast to suit everyone even the pickiest of eaters. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the beach, 2 minute walk from a spa, close to the bus stops and only a short walk from main restaurants. However due to it being set back from the road it is quiet and doesn’t attract rowdy holiday makers. All in all this is a fantastic hotel and superseded all my expectations and I will be returning!

Went on first week of October weather great hotel great. Rooms nice and clean staff very friendly food was lovely I like my food very hot so a microwave in the restaurant would be brilliant also only one choice of tap beer another one on tap would be nice Hotel perfect location short walk to beach and main *****. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be going back next year

Staff are amazing, can't do enough to help guests. Rooms spotless cleaned 5/7 days, beds really comfortable. Reception staff available 24/7 and very helpful. Food excellent, lots of variety and can't rate the restaurant and bar staff enough, all extremely friendly.
