Sehr schönes Hotel, dass nahezu alles zu bieten hat. Super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, Spa-Bereich, Pool, leckeres Essen und ein tolles Programm. Das Personal ist zudem unheimlich nett und gibt sich größte Mühe. Sowohl für Urlauber geeignet die den Fokus eher darauf legen ihren Urlaub in Hotel zu verbringen, als auch für Kultur Interessierte, die die Nähe zur Altstadt suchen.

Not 4 Star Where do I start:2 young receptionist, rude unhelpful,30 mins to get to book in,then tobe told don't have a room over booked you have to go to sister hotel.which we found out is a family hotel. We argue our case after 20 mins and asking for a manager, they found us a room. We booked Double,got twin with a view of a huge tree,things only got worst, Sheets and Towels were badly stained and we only had 2 changes in 10 days.we did complain. Food luke warm,bland and repeative, Staff in resturand pool bar and some cleaners friendly. Management have no ideal. Hotel need a complete refurbish,to bring up to 4 star. Entertainment hit and miss,but entertaiments guy brilliant. Pool bar foods rubbish,nothing special. Luke warm a just a few bits of food.needs help Would not recommend this hotel to anyone,we feel we have been cheated of a adults onky star holiday that cost a lot of money. Pool area was lovely,good sun loungers nice pool.

We just came back from a one week stay. Good points. The hotel is ideally located for the town, beach and bus stops. The food is really good with plenty of choice.(There was never a problem getting a table) the pool was lovely (although a bit cold) you could turn up at any time and get a sun bed) the water aerobics was brilliant. The pool never got too busy. The evening entertainment was good. I only went 3 times - 2 of them were excellent- the other was ok. Whatever others have reviewed, the pool bar was never busy and the most I ever had was two people in front. The room although in need of a freshen up was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was good. The receptionist was very helpful, printing off a bus timetable. Bad points - only 1, the cocktails were some of the worst I have ever lasted on holiday but the G&T and Baileys were strong and branded. Thank you Bordoy far a lovely week

Arrived at the hotel after being dumped by the Jet2 transfer driver with another couple on the main road and told the hotel is around the corner. On arrival at the Hotel booking in was quick and on entering our ‘Superior room’ found quite bland and basic with minimal hanging space for clothes, and 2 drawers no where to store suit cases except under the full length wall shelf.The room had scuff marks on walls and redecoration is required to clean it up, a paint touch up is also required in the bathroom. The balcony gave a good view of the pool and sunbed area around it and also views around the locality, we stayed half board the food at Dinner was basic AI fare with 3 meat/ fish options each night and not very appetising . Breakfast was the best option of the two each day and we enjoyed it,the restaurant staff were hard working and friendly and are a credit the hotel and same goes for the cleaning staff our room was cleaned every day, Entertainment was poor and the only bar small as it is served Pool, & entertainment area, the entertainment area was drab needless to say we went out every night if we had stayed at the bar we would have been bored to tears.A good bus service runs on the main road to Alcudia and surrounding areas and are cheap. The local area on the main road has a few bars and s lot of tat souvenir shops the beach is a 10 minute walk , sunbeds are expensive at €18 for two people. It’s been a long time since we first went to Alcudia and impressions on this return we won’t be returning.

Just arrived back from our 4 night stay at Bordoy bay and we had a lovely time! Rooms are a good size, free safe, mini fridge to use, air-con works well, beds are very big and comfortable, Rooms cleaned everyday. All the staff were helpful and friendly! Hotel was very clean and tidy. Food was good but I feel if you were to spend a week it would become boring. I’d like to of seen a better selection of all inclusive drinks, most weren’t branded which is fine but wasn’t much variety for example no Malibu/spiced rum alternative options. Entertainment was very hit and miss last night was a band that was amazing! Karaoke night wasn’t great! Entertainment starts at 9pm and only lasts for an hour. There is plenty of bars near by so wasn’t a problem but if you planned to stay in the hotel all week there isn’t much. Beach is only 5-10 minute walk away and it’s very beautiful! Overall we really enjoyed our stay we would recommend this for a short stay rather than a long break. It’s a very relaxed hotel.

The hotel is great if you want a child free hotel. Wonderful service , great food especially the Chinese, sushi and Mexican themes . The rooms are really nice and clean and the maids come everyday. All inclusive is well worth the money , and plenty of sunbeds.

We had booked this hotel via TUI, based our past experiences of TUI rated 4-star hotel, however on this occasion, TUI have got it wrong, and I'm not anyone from TUI has visited this hotel in the last couple of years. The hotel has recently been sold to the Bordoy group and I seems to have just opened for the season with no consideration given to the state the hotel is in. It is badly in need of refurbishment (painting and decorating needed throughout) new gym equipment, general decor replacement (new sofas etc in communal areas) etc. It has the feel of a hostel style hotel, with basic amenities, food and drinks. Whilst we were there for 2 nights (until we moved to another hotel) there were lots of cyclists staying there and storing their bikes in their bedrooms, which could be some reason for all the marks etc on the walls throughout the hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We would not recommend this accommodation to anyone if you are expecting a 4-star hotel!
