Hotel Alicante dengan Gim

Paid over 300 for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids for 1 night. At that price I expect 4star plus which this is not, it’s 3 at best with 4 star food. Meliá have done what they do with these affiliations, added a stylish veneer to a dated hotel but you can see through the cracks. Major shortcoming which is totally unacceptable and basic requirement, is air con is non existent. Our room temp in August was 26 degrees all night. Keyword search in these reviews for air con will highlight this is a major issue for this hotel and guarantees a poor nights sleep. I had to pay extra for spa at 25 euros which seems rich given initial price. Spanok but very dark and no daylight at all. Evening meal food was great quality, breakfast hot food selection was low grade and poor quality but cold items good. Service ok but understaffed at pool bar with just 2 people on ground floor for a very large hotel, and 1 just one person on 1st floor pool bar - creating extended wait times. Also 20 euros for parking made for an expensive stay and poor value for money. Would no recommend purely because of air con but also value for money very poor.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral am Yachthafen gelegen. Vom dort erreicht man die Innenstadt in nur wenigen Gehminuten und auch den Strand hat man vor der Tür. Wie der Name vom Hotel schon vermuten lässt, besteht das Hotel grundsätzlich aus 2 Arten von Suiten: eine Suite mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und die teurere Suite mit Blick auf das offene Meer. Für uns war der Yachthafen auch ein schöner Anblick und das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Die Badewanne neben dem Bett war ehrlich gesagt mit ein Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel ausgesucht habe und es wurde nicht bereut. Der gesamte Komplex, von der Strasse bis zum Meer, gehört der Hotelkette Melia und somit „teilt“ man sich das Hotel mit dem Spahotel Porta Maris. Jedoch wird darauf geachtet, dass das Frühstück in einem anderen Raum ist wie das von den Gästen des anderen Hotels. Auch gibt es einen „eigenen“ exklusiven Pool für die Gäste des Suites del mar. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut, man hat eine grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer und durch den „Orangenautomat“ hat man den frischesten Orangensaft. Nespresso gibt es auch für einen guten Kaffee - der andere Kaffeeautomat für Cappuccino etc ist eine Schande!! Warum gibt es in so einem Hotel einen Automaten mit Kaffee- und Milchpulver???? Ansonsten alles dem Preis entsprechend. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Parkhaus kostet 20€ pro Tag/Nacht - das war mir zu viel, wir haben kostenlos in der Umgebung geparkt und haben dann einen kleinen Spaziergang zum Hotel gemacht.

Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Moderne uitstraling. Rustig gelegen, daarom Wel kilometer lopen naar het echte centrum. Kleine kamers maar Alles netjes en verzorgd. Hou rekening met tamelijke gehorigheid. Vriendelijk personeel,

Bad experience once I arrived and checked in. I arrived at noon, a lady in front desk said it is not a right time for check in. It is ok and I understand. Then I came back at 3:30 pm, the staff said again you need to wait until 4pm. It is ok and I understand. But at this moment, another guest came and he could finish check in and went to his room, I immediately asked why he could check in but not me!? The lady said, “it depends!” What standard does the hotel has? So, for me, I wont stay in this hotel again. Why? It depends!

酒店在當地很有名，遊客很多，嚴格四點以後開始登記入住（時間有點久），去海邊很方便，酒店房間比較小、早餐很不錯、位置很寬敞、要早去不然人多。沒拖鞋和晾衣架。算嘗試推薦。酒店晚上出門左邊有個地中海海邊餐廳不錯。

The hotel is nice and clean with go facilities. Drink and food expensive compared to the restaurants in Alicante town. The staff are extremely rude, I had a small bag of crisps that I purchased from the supermarket, I was eating them at the pool area, when along came the pool boy said in his loudest voice, sorry you are not allowed to eat food that has not been purchased in the hotel. I was so taken aback. There was children running around with a big bag of sweets that didn’t come from the hotel, they were not stopped . We got some cocktails at night and the bar staff came up to use 3 times to ask us our room number for the bill, then came up and asked us to pay. The hotel is a good 15 /20min walk to the beach , in the 34 degree heat it was a long walk. It is all on the flat. Alicante is a nice city plenty of restaurants and shops. You can go to another quieter beach if you go on the tram 2 stop, there you can do water sports. We tried paddle boarding . Great fun. View from room was a graffiti wall, not the best

Very good location in the hear of the city centre, staff is very friendly and efficient! The room are nice and clean! I recommend it!

Our room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere. Other rooms had a phone we did not. I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

I booked a triple room (2 adults and on Kid of 11). I got the confirmation also, but on checkin I was told this was not right and I only had booked a double room. Afte a small discussion I got a room with 3 single Beds as bookes ”our very last one”!! Very strange
