We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante City and Beach. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly welcoming — you can feel that they work with their hearts. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and with such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic, every meal felt like a treat. We truly felt like we were living in paradise. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everybody was very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and the food was delicious. The hotel can be easily reached by public transport, moreover the sea is just a 10- minute walk from it. We had a wonderful time there. I can recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and clean. It has three swimming pools, one of which is for children. A very varied breakfast buffet. The staff was always friendly. About 12 minutes from the beach.

Everything great, clean, breakfasts very good. Close to the sea.

Room in another building, old and poorly soundproofed facilities, you could hear the neighbour's snoring. Modern and tidy common areas. Good swimming pool.

Although this hotel is not located in the city center, it is indeed good in all aspects. Facilities: an adult swimming pool on the first floor and a rooftop swimming pool on the roof Hygiene: The room is very clean. The hotel is also very clean and new. It's quite comfortable when you walk in. Environment: It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Although it is not the city center, there is a bus at the door that can go to the city center in 20 minutes or more than a dozen stops. It is actually very convenient. The ticket is 1.45 euros. Service: The front desk was very welcoming. Because it was not the peak season, the room was upgraded. The high-rise room on the 9th floor was also very comfortable and also had a terrace. This stay was a good experience, and the breakfast was OK. There weren't many choices, so it was okay to eat. It should be the off-season now, so there are few people at the beach. It’s not like you’re suppressing a bunch of people! This hotel is recommended!

Be sure to choose a room with a terrace, which has a great view. The room was very clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very cost-effective. Close to the beach, 10 minutes walk. Away from urban areas and scenic spots, it is suitable for people who like quietness and lying down during vacation.
