The 3 levels of stairs that take you up to the hotel are circular --- think: not easy to bring luggage. I would recommend that you pack a small duffle with what you’ll need for the night(s) you’ll be staying so you don’t kill yourself trying to navigate the stairs with regular-sized luggage. We had a room on the corner with private bath --- I would recommend asking for this to enable a cross-breeze if you would like to open the windows. The unit wasn’t spacious, but room enough for 2 people. There was a bedroom which was open to the small hallway (ie. No door), a small but sufficient bathroom and a small yet separate sitting room. For breakfast there is a room at the end of the hallway that, in the morning, is maintained by a lovely young woman who makes the bread herself. You are provided a shot of ginger, a bowl of plain yogurt (which I sweetened with honey) and a shot-glass full of berries (which I placed in my yogurt). There is also a selection of breads for self-serve. All in all: a very reasonably-priced, sufficient rooming option as long as you’re not seeking any degree of luxury yet also don’t want a hostel/budget-like feel.
