I booked a deluxe room; however, the room was very small with no ventilation at all. Additionally, it was extremely dirty with stained bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets – even mosquito stains. The carpet in the room had a lot of dust, making the entire room dusty and stuffy.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The quality of the linen was subpar, with a big stain on the pillow cover even after it was changed. Additionally, there was a blood stain on the blanket, and a bindi stuck to the mirror indicating poor cleanliness standards. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and to top it off, some of the lights were hanging out. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were unsatisfactory.

Properly located in a very convenient location, market and good restaurants are around and it has close access to the popular landmarks however rooms are too small not properly ventilated. Room service wasn't good enough. Ball boy was little lazy and was expecting some tip without doing anything good enough. Washroom was clean. Overall experience was pretty average.

Not satisfactory vise a vise charges for stay!
practice experience is totally different. This is not more than a normal guest house. We would have got a 3 star hotel in the charges we paid for this pathetic stay. Not recommended for the benefit of other guests.

The staff of the hotel are supportive and cooperative. Rooms are few short comparatively to charge. Bathroom is too good, higin and spacious all over good for stay short time

Room lock wasn't working properly. . I asked to lock my room they said submit the key they will do it but when i came back at night it wasn't locked at all. Basically my room was open all day with my belongings and valuables lying with risk of getting stolen. . Room was neat and clean but as compared to price it wasn't specious at all. Location of the hotel is good near to bus stop and railway station in a prime location in civil lines. .
