Property is located in one of the best areas of prayagraj, food was good. Also amenities and services are up to the mark. I asked for iron to the hotel staff they immediately managed it. So staff is also cooperative and well behaved.

Stay was good and pleasant food was delicious, staff behaviour was good it was really good except for 2 to3hrs at night some noise was coming like desk table shifting continuously so it was disturbing sound and irritating also.

It was horrible, bathroom exhaust was not working, tv was not working, i ordered poha and tea for room. They just took it from the buffet and served, not prepared fresh for the ala carte. When i complained then they said we can not serve poha even it is in room menu. Overall it is ok if you want to ruin your trip.

Stay is not good. Hotal room and wash room is not clean. Fooding quality is very bed. Room rent is high according to hotel.

The location is quite good but the hotel owner charges 2 % extra while paying credit card payment. The hotel has a banquet hall so a lot of noise here late at night.
