I had a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Beds are absolutely the most comfortable I slept on in a long time. Will use this hotel again and I'll recommend to anyone going to that area. I booked on Trip.com for a pretty big discount.

While the hotel itself was nice, the check-in was a disaster. I had called ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving between 2am and 3am, due to a late arrival into Newark. When we arrived around 2:45am we were told we could not check-in after driving over an hour and spending another 5+ hours on a cross country plane trip, because the computers were in the middle of a ”reboot” to close out the evening. I was told that if I had called in to tell them we were arriving late someone would have printed keys for us advance, so it was obvious to the hotel clerk we didn't call in (which as previously stated we did). All in all we had to wait an extra half hour to check in, after which we were told the keys probably wouldn't work, so we had to wait for a maintenance guy to walk us up to our room and let us in, and then to add insult to injury, the next day, the front desk calls me up and tells me we never left a credit card imprint (which we did, one of the reasons we had to wait half an hour), so we would have to rush back to the hotel to provide a credit card or risk losing our room for the second night.

WOW what a great hotel! I travel extensively and took a wrong turn found myself in Bethlehem PA. Called the Comfort Suites and they had a room and as I was tired from driving I agreed. I went in and the fun began. The counter staff was awesome and the smiles were warming. I have not seen such accommodations since the pandemic. Most places do away with the services my generation has grown to expect however not this place. They do room service allow pets have a pool and a full service lounge all in house. I did not even need to leave my room. I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed those amenities after such a long drive. I hope I have reason to be in the area again so I can go back.

I am someone that hasn’t stayed here, and instead worked here at night. I was a night audit; and through my hardest time of my life, this place had never failed to make sure I am safe. Coming from an employee, safety is so important even in the workplace, so as someone that worked nights there I never felt more safer. When I got in a really bad car accident Chris and the GM gave me a good amount of days off so I can heal up. It was so much needed because I was an absolute mess. They even offered me to stay there when my parents kicked me out right after I turned 18. I was a mess and they were even willing to just listen. Coming as a former employee, you should stay at this hotel if you’re looking to book.

Location not super - about 15 minutes from Bethlehem downtown. Newish hotel and the interior is a little more lux than your typical mid-range US hotel. That being said, the breakfast was a disappointment. No healthy options: just sugary yogurt (why no plain greek yogurt?), the bananas had brown spots on them each of the 3 days I stayed (and weren't replaced), the oats were DIY from a packet which are never as nice as when they are made up as a batch which negated the appeal of the toppings.
