The hotel is conveniently located. What truly stood out was the breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains from the restaurant. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast, and dinner was also excellent. They even have a dedicated smoking room on the ground floor. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is good and the receptionists are helping. Breakfast was very nice.

Hotel located very near to the atakent exhibition hall. There are several restaurant and cafe opposite of the hotel. The 2 lady frontdesk working in the 25 April, 8pm is very friendly and helpful with my request. All the hotel staff can speak English which is a plus. Overall this is a great hotel to stay if you’re attending event in the exhibition hall.

The overall decor is new and quite good, but the room had a noticeable musty smell. The toilet was difficult to flush. The breakfast selection was mediocre. This hotel seems to cater to business travelers, and during my stay, most guests I encountered were indeed on business trips. For tourists, its location is quite a distance from the main attractions.

Service is poor in terms of limited supply for bottle water in room, Kazakhstan weather is very dry easily dehydrate if you do not get enough water however the locals seem do not understand this part. And, they supply paper cups for us to use in the room which means its very hard to wash for second time use. The receptionist is not well trained for English

A decent hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast is served with a nice view of the mountains.
The only downside is that it can get very noisy in the hallways, as many families with children stay here. I couldn’t get proper rest in the morning after a night flight because, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, there were loud screams, running, and shouting from numerous kids for about an hour.

Booked tor business trip. Not far from the exhibition center. The breakfast is good but not have omelet or eggs.

The last thing you would expect after a long and tiring day is a group of people drinking in the hotel public place (hotel lobby). Full of alcohol smell when you enter the hotel, makes you vomit. To make it worst, the hotel receptionist tells you “this is completely normal in Kazakhstan”. He even added “we intentionally allowed them to drink in the hotel lobby, because it would have been inconvenient if they drank in their hotel rooms”. Shocked!

I booked this hotel based on the photos they provided, but apparently their photos didn’t match the reality. The front desk stuff told me that the photos they took are from hotel in Turkey, and that the room it self are different, and yes they were completely different.
The rooms are very small, very very small really. It seems the hotel is quite new. The breakfast is not bad, and have good view on the mountains.
Will I stay again? Answer no
