Ulasan The Guard Hotel

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Food under the beds,mildew all over the showers and hair all over the beds. I will never book here again. After seeing the room I couldn’t even sleep here. I left and booked another hotel.

酒店其實很大，有健身房，前台和房間在兩棟，有點遠，我覺得好像養老院，或者小區做酒店，還行，還行，還行。

缺點：設施相對陳舊；空調、飛機噪音嚴重；被褥很不舒服。可商務出差，不做旅遊推薦。 優點：酒店位於新開羅，周邊空曠，配套有泳池，緊挨開羅國際機場（20分鐘），周邊有大型商業中心City Center（ALMAZA），家樂福。

المكان جيد ولوكيشن مره عدل قريب من مطعم حجوجة ٧ دقايق مشي وكوفي

離機場很近，方便轉機。環境不錯，花園很大，還有標準泳池和健身房。床品乾淨，房間寬敞，住宿方面符合廣告宣傳標準。

服務不錯設施稍微有點老（相比國內四星酒店） 外面有兩家超市和一家咖啡廳，早餐稍微有點簡陋

大家千萬不要定這個酒店 當時看中他離機場近 所以噪音很大很大 前台還亞裔歧視 然後不斷的過安檢 態度特別差 停車一晚30埃鎊

酒店周邊沒有什麼可逛的地方，酒店內部很寬敞。

住得是套房，房間很大 ！ 很意外

服務不行 離機場挺近的

مكان تعيش فيه خدمة ممتازة المطاعم رائعة خدمات متنوعة حمامات سباحة جيم ملاعب بدل تنس الموظفين محترفين بتعملو بكل ود مساحة خضراء كبيرة و جميلة قاعات تناسب كافة المطالب بوفية الافطار عني جدا و مميز المطعم الشرقي يتميز بتقديم قوائم طعام ممتازة الغرف نظيفة

I visited The Guard Hotel in Heliopolis with family to have Iftar Ramadan; food was average taste but I liked the vibes and facilities at the hotel. The hotel arranged nice entertainment of Tanoura and DJ following the Iftar. I attached photos of the hotel facilities which also include sports courts of all kinds. Thanks Ahmed for preparing the tasty Latte at the pool bar.

Nice hotel in the middle of everything, suite was clean with big space, team members attitude was excellent, pool space was good. Thank you Management team for your hard work . Thanks to Mr Shady Dir. Of rooms for your welcome. Special thanks goes to Mr Essam Hassan Exc. HK for his help before & during the stay and his warm welcome upon arrival , thanks to Assistant HK Manager & supervisor you all was great. Good luck and god bless you all.
