I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Thanks to Hotel Avenida for a wonderful experience :) Hope to make a come back again 😎

Friendly and efficient check in. Nice modern hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Good location next to shopping centre and good restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes walk, hotel bar very quiet , over all a nice experience with no complaints, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with the usual selection of ham, salamis and cheese with bread and nice cakes. The hot cooked selection was adequate. A good hotel frequented by many business people.

El pasado fin de semana estuvimos en Almería y nos alojamos en los apartamentos Torreluz porque disponían de cocina y mi hija tiene graves alergias alimentarias, que casi ningún establecimiento hostelero tiene en consideración para q ella pueda disfrutar de una comida de restaurante. Al llegar al apartamento, el único menaje disponible eran vasos, una sartén con tapa y una pala de servir, no había cubiertos, platos ni kit básico para lavar la sartén. Al reservar en su día, expliqué las circunstancias médicas d la nena y me dijeron q no tenía q pagar el desayuno puesto q no iba a consumir. Cuando bajamos al hotel a desayunar, yo misma le llevé su pan, galletas, leche, fruta, fiambre, etc. Para q 'participara del desayuno buffet', le pusimos un vaso de zumo y enseguida se acercó una señora del comedor para indicarnos q si la niña consumía debíamos pagar (siquiera preguntó cuales eran las circunstancias). Por supuesto, le expliqué la situación, le mostré los tupper y la nevera con sus alimentos y a la salida me ofrecí a pagar su desayuno, pero me respondieron q no hacía falta. Solamente quiero hacer un llamamiento a la sensibilidad de las personas q atienden al público ante estas situaciones tan especiales, q no son moda ni capricho, y sobre todo cuando afectan a la infancia, q bastante desgracia tienen porque desde la hostelería no se atiende. En ningún lugar me había pasado antes y mi hija tiene 9 años. Siempre le he explicado q su enfermedad no puede ser una limitación para viajar o disfrutar del ocio en compañía. En fin, mi valoración no puede ser positiva ni recomendaré este hotel.

Unbelievable apartments for the price. Stayed here for two separate nights in two different apartments. They are suites really and the ones we booked had separate kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Amazing value for the price - cheaper than most local hotels and right in the centre of Almeria. Amazing.

We were only staying in Almeria for 1 night on a road trip. You absolutely cannot beat this location. It is right in the middle of everything. It was under a 10 minute walk to the Alcazaba. Parking is in a parking garage about 2 blocks away and it was about $20. The hotel has an elevator. Our room was nice that it had 4 single beds and the bathroom was very modern. I would have rated this hotel as absolutely exceptional if the A/C worked better. That was our only problem - our room was warm. After spending the day walking around in the heat, I could have used a cooler room. In the morning there is a typical breakfast of lunch meats, cheese, fruit & breads.

I stayed at this hotel for one night because I needed a place to sleep in a road trip I was doing through the south of Spain. Although the hotel matched the expectations, it isn’t the best of hotels. The staff is not incredibly nice, the hotel looked relatively old, the breakfast had its food in individual servings and had low variety, and the hotel was poorly located, away from the beach and the city center. Overall, it’s a hotel that suffices the need to a quick stay before departing again.

Loved my time at this hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect for my needs. I loved swimming in the pool which never got that crowded and sometimes I was the only one so had it to myself. It was interesting watching the ferries in the port across the road from the room balcony. The beach wasn't far to walk maybe 10 minutes along the promenade and I had a great time jumping the waves. The little tourist train stop is nearby which takes you all around town and by the castle. The bridge attraction, park squares, art museum, restaurants and shops are all on the doorstep. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and helped me with some scanning. You can hire a kettle and iron for your stay. The buffet breakfast is nice and has all your usual items, you can have your eggs made to order. They also have snacks and icecreams you can have in the bar all day. I loved my room it was calm and peaceful on the 6th floor. I had the best sleep and didn't wake in the night , better than at home. The beds are comfortable. There is air con in the room so it was nice to come back to for a little siesta. The rooms are big and the beds. There is a big cupboard and a few drawers for your things. The bathroom was nice with a bath, shower and some useful toiletries. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and I am looking forward already to coming back next year !

A lovely hotel on the centre of Almeria and within walking distance of the sights. Plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants near by. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and tidy. The breakfasts were very good. A lovely sun deck and swimming / plunge pool.
