An avg 3 to lower star hotel, a few few shops below, just quiet… Nice tower view.. old carpet smell and nine sound proof walls..

Check-in process was smooth, with RM50 deposit required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the number of parking spaces is limited. The room was okay for two people but not very spacious. Amenities were very basic — towels, toothbrush, face towel, and facial tissue were not initially provided. I dont know but the towel was not prepared at check-in. After calling the receptionist, I was informed it would be ready at 4pm, but no towel was delivered even after that time. I had to call again, and only then was it sent immediately. But, its a plus point, that the location is very strategic. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall and nearby convenience marts, which is very convenient.

Comfortable n pillow is time for them to replace. Basement carpark pathway narrow n D parking lot smaller than usual. Overall ok.

Great location.Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and Iron provided in the room. BUT, I booked 2 x King bed room. One of the room's toilet not clean and water flow out very slow like flooded in the bath area. Basin got stuck and water flow out very slow also. Already inform reception. Hope Hotel can take note of that and repair soon. Exhaust fan in the toilet very lound and disturb sleeping quality

Nice hotel in excellent location with walking distance to the mall. Friendly receptionist and fast check in with free welcome drink. Bed and room is comfortable and quiet for good sleep. Overall good value for money

simple 3star hotel in a great location with the best mall in alor setar next to it and eateries everywhere nearby.

The location is quite convenient, with plenty of food and shopping options. I hope everyone gets a chance to visit again. However, I think the price could be a bit lower, as the place feels a bit old. There were also many Malaysian guests.

This is my second time here..All ok perfect ..Fuller Hotel is one of the best hotel in Alor Star..Price also reasonable👍 Highly recomended
