I recently visited Na*** Bagh in Alwar, Rajasthan, to celebrate Holi festival with my family. While the property itself was pleasant and the food enjoyable, our experience was ruined by an unfortunate incident that needs to be addressed. During our stay, we encountered an issue with the AC in our room on the first night, causing discomfort and inconvenience. When we brought this concern to the attention of the ***agement, specifically to Mr. Rinkesh, a sales representative, we were met with extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Mr. Rinkesh not only failed to offer a solution or assistance but also spoke disrespectfully to my mother, who is over 50 years old. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry, where customer service and guest satisfaction should be most important. It is disappointing that the overall experience with Mr. Rinkesh left a lasting negative impression. I urge the ***agement of Na*** Bagh to take immediate and strong action against Mr. Rinkesh's behavior. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, especially when facing issues during their stay. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how guest concerns are handled in the future.
