Excellent customer service. To me; that’s everything. And they were fast. I can’t thank them enough for helping my family last minute and through a customer service agent on the phone for me!

Great location neat history.

The hotel and service was everything you would expect from a Marriott property. Staff was super friendly and attentive to any needs. Hotel is modern, clean, and up to date for a location that was built in 1927. Surprising good night life and several restaurants that are within walking distance of the hotel. Several right across the street. A very quiet pleasant stay. Didn't hear people coming or going from their rooms at all hours of the nights. I had a room that was next to the elevator and never heard it once and this was on a busy weekend. The only downfall with the property was a lack of pool/spa. So this may or may not be a deal breaker if you are trying to entertain kids.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. Convenient to everything i needed. Yay Amarillo.

Room temperature is cold, hot, cold, hot. Air should not blow directly on occupants when heating, cooling. No real Restrarunt, only bistro, Mickey Mouse bar. Misrepresented as full service. Should advise when parking is extra charge.

Quick trip into Amarillo for a wedding. Very cold weather, but the hotel was wonderful and the staff were courteous and accommodating.

Interesting hotel in an old refabed building. Nice amenities but extremely pricey. Room was average with the bedding hard and pillows harder. Lots of nearby restauarants within ealking distance.

Frint desk hooked us up with a corner room. It was amazing to see the sunrise.

Stayed here 5 nights. It usually took a minimum of 10 minutes for hot water to get to the bathroom. Lousy selection of tv channels. Just another old building trying to survive. I'll go back to Embassy Suites next year.

Someone was literally murdered right in front of the hotel. A drive by shooting. But they comped the parking after that so thanks I guess. I wouldn’t put my enemy in this hotel. Where should I send my therapy bills after watching a man get shot to death? 0/0 stars. Do not recommend

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, so did not reat well. I was not told about the 12$ day parking fee. The front staff was so busy i could not get a room exchange. Food was not great as well. An expensive stay. A little disappointing.
