The rooms is good and cleaned, the taste of food is great, I like the Skybar with the good view and live music, the staff very friendly and helpful

Great Location. Friendly waitress.
They gave me a bigger room after sharing bad experiences of the previous stay (4 days before).
Still the AC wasn't working well at night.

Beim Swiss weiss man was man bekommt. Große Zimmer und soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Allerdings sind die Swiss Hotels und auch dieses keine 4 Sterne wert. Warum man bis heute am Teppichboden im Zimmer festhält erklärt sich mir nicht. Unhygienisch und schmuddelig. Alle Möbel sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch. Schleifen, streichen, fertig. Und Schimmel in den Badfugen und im Waschbecken muss wirklich nicht sein. Als Durchgangshotel sicherlich gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Останавливались в этом отеле уже второй раз. Отель немного уставший и требует, хотя бы косметического ремонта. Но в целом всё неплохо. Очень просторные номера.
Из минусов. Постельное бельё видно плохо просушивают и в итоге оно немного издаёт неприятный запах. Но очень несильно. В целом спать приятно.
Завтраки - шведский стол, очень обильные и разнообразные. На месте их можно оплатить по цене 99000 за человека.
Есть услуга(бесплатная), можно оставить часть багажа, что мы и делали пока летали на Банда Нейру.
