Hotel Livemax Premium Umeda East is a fantastic find in Osaka! The rooms are so modern and comfy, and the staff is super helpful. Plus, being in the lively Umeda area makes it a perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel is near Osaka station and is within walking distance of the Museum of Housing. Definitely a top choice for a great stay in Osaka!

location isn't too bad with walking distance of ~10-15 mins to Osaka main station, Quite residential neighborhood and grab snacks at the closest metro station before heading back hotel would save you the additional trip as the convenience store is ~ 5 mins away. love the staffs as they are very nice and helpful. the outdoor spa is bit small but clean. I will sure come back to enjoy this hidden gem. Not good to crazy shoppers that might need to taxi back hotel as its a little away from the prime area.

This room are so nice and extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly . Their smile is a real plus point ! Love their onsen facilities and sauna too ! Though breakfast is a bento set the selection is nice . Can heat it up with microwave in the room . I also Love the onsen and sauna , nothing beat a nice and relaxing treat after a day walk . There isn’t much food around but if u walk 7-8 minutes all is available .  Only down side is that the stations are a little far otherwise a perfect place !

Old hotel. Residential area. Dark and deserted at night, scary. Towels are not clean.

The hotel is near the MRT station taking about 5 minutes walk. Although I only can choose smoking room due to late booking, the room has no bad smoking smell and there are air cleaners inside and outside the room. Overall, it's worthy choosing this hotel again.

最寄り駅は中崎町駅から５分程度ですが、梅田駅までも歩ける距離です。ホテルからすぐに地元の方々が良く使う商店街やスーパーもあって充実してます。 それ以外最上階には大浴場、サウナ、露天風呂は気持ちよかったです！ ただ、掃除をあんまりしてないのか床やテーブルに埃かわたくさんあり、お子さんや喘息、気管支が弱い方にはおすすめ出来ません。 掃除機はベッド下にもかけて欲しいです。結構汚れや食べかすなどもあったので！

방이 조금 좁긴 하지만 맨 위층에 온천도 있고 매일 아침 도시락이랑 녹차를 챙겨주는 등 서비스는 좋았어요 (도시락 맨날 똑같아서 물려서 마지막날은 녹차만 받음) 환풍구에 먼지가 껴있는 점만 신경써주면 정말 좋을 것 같은데 이거 제외하고는 또 깔끔한 느낌이라서 먼지에 많이 예민하시면 비추합니다. . 저도 할인가로는 갈만한데 원래 가격이였으면 안갔을듯

衞生條件一般，被子是黑色的，提供一個白色的床單隔絕黑色被子，黑色被子就是基本不洗的；提供了一次性拖鞋，房間內提供的黑的仿皮拖鞋，穿起來不太方便，幸好有一次性拖鞋。 酒店地點還可以，離車站比較近，附近有些店鋪，比較方便； 設施上房間裏有微波爐比較方便，也有電吹風和插座，沒有啥困擾；但是毛巾比較單薄； 服務上，打掃需要自己貼需要打掃的牌子，這點還行吧，入住方便； 這家酒店提供一個温泉的服務，需要另收150日元的温泉税，到酒店後繳納，不貴；温泉在頂樓，是一個澡堂，温泉水有相應證書，應該是真的温泉水，但是應該是抽上來然後放在頂樓澡堂裏的，池子不大，容納4人差不多合適不尷尬，池底一直冒泡，旁邊是冷水池，還有一個小的桑拿房；

中崎町から近いというロケーションは、梅田駅からも歩けるし、天満駅も近くてよかったです。 建物は古いけど清潔でした。 1人部屋でしたがアメニティ豊富で、お風呂セットのバッグがあって、大浴場にわりと遅い時間まで入れるのが助かりました。 お風呂セットの室内着で大浴場に行けるのかわからず荷物が多くなってしまいました。どこかに一文あればありがたかったです。 1ヶ月前の予約でコスパ良かったです。ありがとうございました。

特別喜歡的酒店。第一次住這家連鎖店。沒想到這麼好。離車站都不遠。特別方便。前台有個高個子帥哥特別耐心。到早了還幫我存了行李，有問必答。耐心解釋。頂層還有個天然温泉。下次再來大阪一定首選這家。
