There were poor management. Rooms were not ready. We had to ask again and again regarding that it is not there, toilet is dirty, ac not working blah blah

I loved the stay over here. Rooms are good. Located at a beautiful location. Staffs in particular were very friendly.

Hotel was dirty and unhygienic, washrooms was not clean, all set up of bathroom was rusty dirty and old type. Ac was not cooling i demanded to change the room with my adjacent room initially he denied to change and offer me room in the ground floor where also ac was not working. Then after long discussion hotel manager offer me adjacent room which was available that time. Breakfast ordered which was not good. I don't know why people had given 4. 5 star. Shocked to come here only plus point is it's location which is situated away from traffic and city sound.
