Hotel Amersfoort dengan Bar

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf in Amersfoort: Prima ontvangst: je voelt je welkom Op de kamer is geen airco, maar de ventilator stond aan toen we binnenkwamen: zeer attent ! De aankleding is wat ouderwets - voor ons geen probleem. Het zou wel prettig zijn wat beter licht te maken in de badkamer boven de spiegel, want daar zie je ‘s morgens echt niet genoeg, maar dat is ook het enige. We hadden de junior suite met mooi koelkastje en een goede kast. Een heerlijk bed en prima verlichting en alles functioneerde ( hetgeen lang niet altijd het geval is tegenwoordig in hotels helaas) Deze kamer is wat groter en dus wat duurder, maar voor langer verblijf -in ons geval 12 nachten- heb je meer ruimte en comfort. Het restaurant en het terras bieden alle mogelijkheden. De mensen die bedienen en de mensen bij de balie ( ingang) hebben alle aandacht voor de gasten. We kregen het gevoel dat de werknemers een goed team vormen en met plezier daar werken. Kortom: wij komen graag een keer bij u terug

Prima hotel, ontbijt is goed geregeld en diner is ook fijn. Kamer is schoon, maar badkamer gedateerd. Mag wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Douche loopt niet lekker door. Bij incheck en uitchecken is niet al het personeel is even vriendelijk of professioneel, ging iets verkeerd met mijn boeking voor het ontbijt via trip.com, uiteindelijk klantenservice gecontacteerd en toen is het opgelost. Maar hotel deed heel raar hierover…dit is niet ons probleem…

Prima hotel in buurt van station en centrum. Kamer mag wat onderhoud krijgen maar verder mooie grote kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.

***Please be careful before booking here, it looks more like a SCAM than a relaxed stay.*** We booked an expensive Suit room W/ Jacuzzi at this hotel to celebrate our 2023-2024. Well, this was the Worst Experience ever. Since we arrived, the Suite Room had issues with Leakage to the floor under our room. Room service kept coming to our room almost every 30min to an hour. They kept coming to check the same thing, nothing to see in our room. So with this the first day was already RUINED! We couldn’t relax because people kept coming to the door. Next day again same thing since the early morning room service and the hotel technician kept bothering us. As if we did something wrong but we didn’t, we couldn’t, we just arrived at the hotel Suite… Then they ask us to leave the room for at least 1 hour so they can ‘Try’ to fix the issue. We declined. Then randomly 30 minutes later our airconditioning stopped working, sweating in the SUITE room they couldn’t fix it. After all this, we decided to leave earlier then we wanted. We travel allot and visit different hotels in Europe. But this, for a very expensive SUITE room to have so many issues was crazy. Never had such a bad experience before at a hotel, especially a Suite room Hotel. We also we asked our money back, but only got a percentage back and as a compensation they gave us just 2 bottles of water… So yes, we had to pay for the first day, while they kept bothering us the whole time. Very very unprofessional of this hotel and staff. We had to pay for the night we couldn’t even relax because of faulty SUITE ROOM. Please be careful before booking here, it looked more like a SCAM than a relaxed stay.

The coffee machine didn’t work, the freezer also didn’t work. For the rest it’s a good hotel!

I'm currently staying at the bastion hotel, we arrived late on Sunday but the restaurant was still open, I'm here as a group on business and so far as a collective we seem very pleased with our experience, special mentions to Anouk and Ben who stand out as very professional!! And also all other staff at the hotel! I'm sorry as I've not had time to catch their names yet. If in the future I get the chance to travel to this area I will be very grateful if it is to this hotel!! Many thanks to the Bastion staff!!
