Good location, smack in the middle of the city (difficult to drive, easy to cab). Staff are friendly but they might be too busy. Asked for some toiletries and ice, it was slow to reach us. fridge not wining in the hotel

the staff are always available and friendly. Good breakfast and dinner, delicious and diverse food

new hotel with clean room and decent breakfast.

The only issue is that it’s close to a primary school, where you hear the noise in the morning.

A very nice and confortable hotel, situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Amman. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Lots of choice during the breakfast buffet. We also had dinner one night and it was very good as well! For our group it was a perfect start of our Jordan tour!

This is the hotel G Adventures uses for Highlights of Jordan tour, on day 1 and the final day of the tour. I also stayed two days prior to everyone else arriving. On the final days accommodation there I was in "The Tower" building, the same one the pool is in. Wi-Fi seemed to work a lot better in that building than the one that has reception in it. In fact it was near impossible to get wi-fi in the dining room where you eat breakfast. If you did it only lasted less than a minute before dropping out. But the beds (was in a double room before and day one of tour), King sized bed in "The Tower", were comfortable. Shower was pretty decent. There's an American bar (Eagle Bar or something like that) attached to the hotel which wasn't bad food. The first day I was there I walked around the neighbourhood to the city, although safe, there wasn't really anything to see tourist wise. It was a neighbourhood that had maybe seen better days or they built it anticipating tourists would flock to it (there's plenty of similar hotels in the neighbourhood, also a Burger King, Starbucks, and KFC (the only things other than hotels that were actually open out there on the day I walked around). I ordered room service on my first night having arrived after dark. Never turned up. After walking around the neighbourhood the next day I returned and used the alacarte menu (which was the same as room service). Ordered a club sandwich, it was okay but you get two triangle quarters (so half a sandwich) so factor that into the prices when you order. If you use the alacarte at the pool it's a slightly different menu. Pool is decent enough, there's also a gym. It's a bit complicated to find it though. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. I highly recommend the purple cold breakfast soup (blueberry I think). Pancakes and omelets you can also get cooked for you. Reception staff helpful and can book you a cheap transfer to airport (much cheaper than one you book through G Adventure website).

On a steep hill in the middle of a residential district, apart from a small minimart in a basement round the corner, there's nothing nearby except an ATM at the bottom of the hill. Surrounding narrow pavements are in disrepair and obstructed by trees and overgrown hedges, so there's nowhere to go for a morning run without using the middle of the road (not recommended). The hotel pool and gym where closed October to March inclusive, effectively making it no better than a 3-star, so I couldn't exercise. We stayed here at the beginning and end of the G-Adventures tour. At the beginning, we were assigned a room with a single small window looking inwards over the lobby lounge atrium. This made the room dark and dingey, being largely devoid of natural light. At the end of the tour we had a room with and outward outlook and this made it much more agreeable. Breakfast provided a wide range of choice but some items ran out quickly and were slow to be replenished. The breakfast room is not well laid out - for example, bread at one end and jam at the other end and breakfast bowls stacked in a corner beside the coffee urn, so that access to the bowls is blocked by the permanent queue for the urns.

We stayed 3 nights in this nice hotel. Hotel is located in a quite posh area of Amman. Very well decorated, staffs behaved welcoming, Lobby area had nice seating arrangements with coffee shop. there were many tourist everyday and most of them were European. We took standard room and it was spacious, clean, bed pikkows and sheets were neat and clean as well. They have smoking area and a sports bar outside. Also got a swimming pool. We had some of the most delicious dishes in their buffet breakfast and dinner. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here twice as part of a group tour. The first stay we were in the main building, first floor, on our return we were in the tower building over looking the pool. They main building room seemed to have some noise from below, possibly we were above the kitchen? The tower room was quieter with a larger bathroom. Both rooms had twin beds. I would describe this as a business type hotel, clean but characterless rooms that are functional. The main customers were like us part of group tours and it works well for the market. The pool was not open in March. There is a large open terrace on the front of the hotel with seating and shade. The hotel is in a residential area which is quiet but lacking in restaurants, bars etc. There is minimarket one street away for snacks and cool drinks. The bar attached to the hotel is a real bonus given its location - beer is about 9JOD a pint. Food there is good bar food st reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet had good variety; lots of local produce plus bread, cakes, yoghurt etc. If you are later up then there is a slow egg/omlette/pancake station. Staff were unobtrusive. Uber app is helpful if you are staying here for getting out and about. I would say consider the location against what your budget and needs in Amman are before booking; traffic can be busy and you are at least 20 minutes from the citadel for example by car.

The hotel was clean but the staff were unhelpful. There was an issue with our tour guide who told all the tour members that we had late check outs and would not need to check out until our scheduled pick up. The hotel however had communicated to the tour company check out at 2:00 pm. No one bothered to tell the tourist. We were leaving just after 2:00 pm so we had exited the room but others had yet to exit their rooms when at 2:05 house keeping entered to rooms without knocking walking in on people in the bathroom. When the issue was raised with reception their attitude was too bad and they did not understand why a husband would be upset when a strange man walked in on his wife in the bathroom. Truly poor service.

Nice hotel with a great buffet evening meal. I asked to move rooms as mine was dark and cold and overlooked the road on 1st floor of the main building. The Tower building has better rooms especially the higher floors which overlook the city. I was on the 6th floor. The staff however were mainly not very helpful or friendly although there were a couple of exceptions. The cook making omelettes at breakfast was incredibly slow and didn’t seem to want to be there. Although the pool was closed I wanted to sit outside in the sun but was told the pool was closed. I said I didn’t want to use the pool just sit outside. They said they would get the key but never did. I suggest that a pool cover is put over the pool to prevent people using it but allow people to lie outside in the sun. I wouldn’t stay here again mainly due to the attitude of most of the staff.

Our room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The shower is in the bath and the shower nozzle was wonky leading to the floor getting wet. There aren’t many choices of hot dishes for dinner but they were all good. Breakfast can get busy and they didn’t replenish dishes. The hotel is not well located as there aren’t many shops or anything to do nearby. The wifi is poor and often drops out. Some of the wifi is 5g but others are 2.4g which is antiquated. I didn’t come across any staff who smiled. They did their job but never made me feel welcome or valued.

Stayed here as part of a tour group at the start and end. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and clean, bathrooms. The sports bar at the front of the hotel did great chilli cheese fries and lemon mint. There were plenty of areas within the hotel to relax where it was quiet although sometimes someone may smoke there. The wfii worked well. Breakfast offered a huge selection of breads. I gave up on the toaster one morning after 7 passes the bread still wasn't toasted. Eggs cooked to order. The hotel was always busy being used by many different tour groups.
