5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (6⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if possible) to the local resort - Residence Goelia Le Domaine du Golf😊. The employees are friendly and service minded. Unfortunately, Kevin is always busy. But the front desk with friendly Delphine works very well and the technician Romain is super attentive and quickly gets things under control. 1⭐️ to the Head Office at Goelia🙁. They live in a distant world. Goelia does not bother to answer friendly inquiries from the customer and charges extra money for regular service - even simple things - they are a money machine. They also take extra money from the customer even for nothing/no services. Things that the customer could fix themselves on "my page", if it was otherwise possible. Furthermore, if you address yourself in an email in English - and if Goelis replies - then they do so in French. That is too bad and not customer friendly. Goelia HQ should join the club; "good service for the benefit of the customer". It would result in satisfied customers and certainly and decidedly more customers in the company.

We really enjoyed our short holiday here. The staff at the hotel and at the golf club nextdoor were extremely friendly and very flexible regarding the check in and check out times. We also enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool in the evening. It is a wonderful place to enjoy wine, good food, nature and playing golf. We will be returning next year!

Village de vacance très bien situé sur la route des vins et proche des beaux villages à visiter. Une belle vue sur le golf et les vignes. L'accueil, la piscine, le parking gratuit, un plus.... Une petite bouteille de vin offerte à l'arrivée Séjour parfait...

Très bon accueil de la part du responsable Kevin, petit cadeau de bienvenue sympathique même si on ne boit pas.... Appartement avec une vue magnifique, très bel endroit. On reviendra avec un grand plaisir. Une résidence très bien située pour découvrir la région et ses douceurs.

Très belle résidence au cœur de la forêt et des vignes et à seulement 10 minutes de Colmar en voiture. Logement bien équipé et spacieux, propre, belle décoration en bois. La résidence est calme, possibilité de faire du golf ou de profiter de la piscine chauffée.

Bonjour, séjour décevant au domaine du golf. Appartement sale, sols collants, vaisselle et micro onde gras, moisissure dans les coins, matelas tâchés, couettes délavées à l'aspect douteux, syphon de baignoire jamais nettoyé. Miettes sur le balcon, vue sur des gouttières non nettoyées et un terrasse qui se transforme en piscine par temps de pluie jonchée de mégots de cigarette. Coulures sur les murs, blocs porte et porte serviettes rouillés, toilettes entartrés, miettes dans le range couverts. Résidence vétuste avec carreau cassé et de la crasse et des insectes morts sur le rebord. Signalé à l'accueil avec comme seule réponse on va le dire à la femme de ménage. Route passante et bruyante entre le golf et la forêt. Le seul point positive la région, superbe !

La literie de la chambre avec lits séparés est totalement vétusté. Sommiers a lattes perdant leurs lattes matelas usés jusqu'à la corde. Vaisselle pas vraiment propre. Terrasse attenante avec de la mousse pourissante et retenant l'eau. Moquette rouge du couloir tachée. Seul vrai point positif le lieu en pleine nature.

Résidence récente, en parfait état, piscine impeccable, appartement équipé, accueil très aimable. Séjour calme et agréable. Nous avions vue sur le golf, sur les coteaux plantés de vignes et sur le village d'Ammerschwhir, avec ses toits et son église, typiquement Alsacien.
