I booked this property for the second time for my elderly mother who is in Malaysia for treatment, prior to check in I got a notification that a deposited needed to be paid through a few methods that were all not internationally accessible. I reached out to their team over whatsapp explaining the issue, to which they responded "we still have the previous deposit on hold which we will reuse" (photo proof attached.) I woke up 2 days later to threatning messages on *********** saying "ya if you dont pay the deposit we will get the security to come to the unit and throw you out.". Keep in mind, my registered number was not contacted, this was over the app. I am utterly disgusted and appalled that such properties are able to operate with these methods, harassing and threatening to throw out a 56 year old woman who is sickly because they have MISCOMMUNICATIONS between their staff. What a disgrace to the property and what a disgrace to all Malaysian Hospitality. Absolutely disgusting, hope you train your staff better.
