I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and had a good experience. Some staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to airport.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

Location of property very good. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness good. Service prompt. Breakfast nice. Only mattress is too spongy. I needed or-tho matress. Ac too cool as central ac. Control not available in rooms. Room locks difficult to open. Need replacement. Otherwise overall good value for money.

Ok. Best weston plus hotel is a famous hotel of the city which is very beautiful. The front desk and room service are excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very easy to reach all the tourist places of the city including the golden temple from here. The food of the hotel restaurant is very tasty. The staff of the restaurant is very helpful.

Very good rooms. Courteous staff and service. Bharat at the restaurant was of great help. The rooftop restaurant is a must visit.

This hotel has very good facilities like you can have delicious break fast and lunch and even the staffs are very honest and cooperative. Break fast is very hygienic and healthy. Staff is very cooperative special ms twinkle in the restaurant Rooms are very luxurious with affordable price and all facilities are available like Internet and gizor. I have spent for 7 days and feel very comfortable and amazing. I would like to thanks to manager and all staffs for this kind of hospitality. Regards mr vijay kumar

The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.
