Airport Hotel, Qingdao A very convenient and comfortable stay, especially for transit passengers. The hotel is located inside the airport, within easy walking distance, which makes it an excellent choice for those catching early flights or arriving late. The room quality is truly 5-star standard — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful and efficient, making the overall check-in and stay experience smooth and pleasant. The restaurant is close to a 5-star level as well. The food quality is excellent, and the chef deserves special recognition — not only for the taste and presentation, but also for being very friendly and approachable. However, there is still room for improvement in the service provided by some of the restaurant staff. The service attitude and level of professionalism could be further enhanced to match the high standards of the hotel and the quality of the food. Overall, this is a very good hotel and an excellent option for transit stays. With some improvements in restaurant service, it has the potential to deliver a truly outstanding experience.

Location of hotel is great at heart of Jinan . Room is ok , food is the main issue as a Muslim who needs Halal food. They have little Indian dishes in dinner which can suite Muslims. Breakfast is same, only omlet can suite Muslims , no variety in cheese . Overall, very good hotel without halal food as an international hotel .

The room has a spectacular view. Location is extremely convenient, you can just access to The mixc shopping complex through level 6. There are two convenient store nearby less than 100m. However I personally feels they can do better at the room amenities and cleanliness. The hot water especially has limits… you can’t shower more than 15mins, or else the next person will hv to run in the freezing cold water. And you can’t wash your laundry while you shower, it will affect the water temperature too. The room isn’t very soundproof, we can still hear people screaming from the other rooms.. lol

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

The hotel is very clean and in a prime location connecting to a mall next door. The housekeepers are also very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much as there is a large variety of choices. The receptionist Maggie Wu was very helpful, thank you!

This is an absolute gem among all the hotels I've stayed in over 15 years of traveling across 40 countries. The design of the rooms, corridors, and common areas is stunning and truly unique. There’s an arcade machine in the room with Nintendo games from my childhood… It feels like the hotel owner's personal signature style - and it's the most amazing highlight of this place! A special afternoon tea with fantastic cookies is a wonderful service. Breakfast is usually a buffet, as far as I understand, but on the day of my stay, there was no buffet, and breakfast was served individually for each guest. Still, it was very good and filling. The location is excellent - right next to the bus station. That means you can check in immediately after arriving from the airport by airport bus, or leave your luggage if you arrive early. Getting anywhere in the city is also easy, quick and cheap by local buses. The room was very comfortable: quiet and very warm (I stayed during the cold season), exceptionally clean, with a great bathroom, and everything was in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable with amazingly soft pillows worthy of a high-end hotel - and they even provide several pillows with different levels of softness! The staff's attitude toward guests is excellent: I'm a light sleeper, and quietness is important to me, but in Asia this is often a problem even in expensive hotels. So when booking, I requested a quiet room on a high floor and away from the elevator - and my wishes were fulfilled perfectly. And for all of this, the price is simply incredible. This hotel is worth traveling to Yantai just to stay here! Overall, it's a masterpiece. The only places I've seen that are better are classic five-star hotels, but even they don't have such outstanding interior design and arcade machines. 😊 And if you were born in the 1980s, you absolutely have to stay at this hotel to play the games of your childhood on a real arcade machine right in your room. 😊

Very friendly hotel staff and meet all my requirements.  When I check in they told me they have upgraded me to a new building which cost 160 more. Obviously they want more money .

Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞
