The hotel looks and feels good, the room is spacious and has everything you would need. They offer free laundry service and free shuttle bus to the huangshan mountain entry gates. The breakfast is not the best, offers limited choices and if you arrive at the end of the breakfast there's even fewer choices.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

The location is very convenient, the room is clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We would always come back here!

安慶栢景酒店位置超讚，地處振風大道，交通便利。前台服務熱情貼心，辦理高效。房間設施新，環境衞生乾淨，早餐豐盛可口，全程滿分體驗。開車過來停地下停車場，停車方便。有一點要注意：地下停車場通往酒店大堂這一邊不是酒店的停車區域，繼續往前開一點到大堂入口背面處（圖3、4）全是酒店停車區域。

The hotel really put you in holiday mood with the wooden interior and design. The hotel is a short walk away from huangshan north bus station. The breakfast is tasty and filling to prepare you for the hike. After the hike, you can rest in their hot spring outdoor pool. The staff are friendly and they even gifted us a farewell gift

The hotel is located near the park entrance. It is a huge, older building, but the rooms are spacious and excellent. I chose a room with a mountain view, but it was not worth it, as the window just faced a nearby hill. The first floor has a reception, several shops, and a dining area. Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM and is quite standard: eggs, sausages, and traditional Chinese dishes. However, the coffee was not good. I bought a hiking pole in one of the ground-floor shops; the price was the same as anywhere else in the area. Opposite the hotel, there are shops and restaurants serving national dishes, including the local mushroom soup. You can also have dinner directly at the hotel if you are too tired to go out. There is an activities desk in the lobby as well. I didn't ask the staff for park route advice since I prefer to navigate on my own, but the hotel does offer a transfer to the park gate. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 10 minutes—just turn left after exiting the hotel. To leave Tangkou, I asked the reception for help, and they organized a minibus transfer to the railway station for 30 RMB. The trip took about one hour. My recommendations: • Do not pay extra for a room with a view; it is not worth it here. • Always check with the reception about the transfer options from Tangkou village.

位置挺方便停車地方多，房間挺大的有一個院子可以盪鞦韆，乾淨亮堂呀，服務態度挺細心的，有需要及時回覆，走之後有個充電器落下了，老闆及時寄過來了哈哈

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious 🤗. Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.
