定了單卧套房套餐，給了一間視野無敵的江景房間，包含行政酒廊禮遇，面積比較大，前台Anna服務細緻周到，還有歡迎飲品，酒店位置絕佳，去哪裡都比較方便，旁邊是銀泰百貨，一樓早餐也比較豐盛，唯一美中不足的就是空調風機比較響，還好提前帶了耳塞。

The hotel service is excellent, particularly Ms. 张张 at the front desk. She provided outstanding service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. After I left my T-shirt in the room, I called the reception the next day, and she arranged for it to be shipped to me. I greatly appreciate her assistance.

This was our first time staying at an IHG property and boy were we impressed! The check in staff gave us a surprise room upgrade and a cake for my birthday staycation. The corner room #1501, with a 180 degree view of the Swan Lake, have birthday signages by the headboard and on the tv, a birthday song playing on loop, and amusing swan towels on the bed. Nice and thoughtful touches! The Club Intercontinental lounge provided a generous selection of afternoon tea snacks and light dinner spread. However, we gave a low grade on the drinks selection, the wine and liquor choices were fairly limited. But the lovely staff made up for it with their excellent and attentive service. I had a relaxing massage at the Yixi Spa, but take note that the pricing is on the high side. The indoor pool was nice and clean, manned by an attentive lifeguard. Breakfast variety was pretty good, delicately balanced between local fares and Western comfort food. It was a wonderful birthday weekend from start to finish, definitely coming back here for another stay! 🌟

Had a great stay again in this same room. It is very spacious, clean and the attendant takes care of all your needs during the stay. I love that! They bring everything to your door no need to get things yourself. It includes club lounge access which is very convenient for meals. I would definitely book again. I also used their laundry service and it was ready the same day.

Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店環境優雅大氣，設施齊全又乾淨，房間寬敞舒適，床品柔軟，一覺睡到天亮。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很快捷，工作人員態度温和有禮貌，細節做得特別到位。地理位置優越，出行方便，周邊配套也很完善。就是房間衞生有待加強 屋裡的穿衣鏡子有些臟 但整體體驗感滿分，性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

第一次入住，帶寵物。 從拿行李入住到離店，廬舍的服務態度是一流的。房間大小布局合理，整潔温馨。陽台前的一棵香樟樹讓我想起上一次住在陽台有樹伸手可觸的場景還是在十幾年前的斯里蘭卡北部，那種感覺非常舒適難忘。 酒店位置位於龐大的藝術園區，靠近市區較中心，外賣很方便，但安靜不雜亂。如果時間充足便有很多可以逛逛的地方。 如果一定要説些缺點，那就是房間再多點條案或桌台就更好了，誰讓女士東西較多呢😂 有機會一定會再來，謝謝☺️㊗️生意興隆！

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious 🤗. 經歷了一場名符其實的雪中送炭。週一早上我趕火車，恰逢淮北下雪，根本打不到車，在門口急得團團轉。酒店前台也幫我一起叫車，還讓保安在門口幫我攔出租，一直沒叫到，眼看要趕不上火車。應該是領班吧，叫來了安保團隊的小哥，開車送我去了車站。小哥熟悉路況，還繞過了堵車路線。最終在他的幫助下，我順利準時抵達了火車站。 這已經不是普通的服務，而是在住客最無助時的雪中送炭。這種主動關懷和無私幫助，讓我在寒冷的冬天裏感受到了極大的温暖和感動。再次感謝
