Lemon Tree Hotel, Amritsar

I stayed here with my family for a night. The hotel is not very far from the golden temple and about 1.5 km from the railway station, about 10 km from the airport. Spacious and airy lobby. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The girls at the reception, everyone at the restaurant, especially Tara ji. The boy at the bar. My special thanks to FnB ***ager, Azad. The food was good, the chefs were attentive during breakfast. Rooms are big, enough space to walk around even after placing an extra bed. Everyone in the hotel was giving their best, despite the fact that they were under staff. Keep up the good work.

Hotel is nice and at a very close distance from Amritsar Railway station. Stay was very cool and room too was very good. Ankit the front end person was very supportive and whatever we requested him he was there for support. Breakfast was also good but slight improvement in menu is there but overall was cool. We took help from Ankit for other support too and he was very cool in handling and very supportive. Our Family liked the stay with food. My recommendation is yes you may choose to stay with the medium priced with all amenities near by. Visit to golden temple as well as to Atari border is also possible as it's at a central place and can be ***aged. Once again thank you Ankit for your warm support.

Extremely poor experience and totally unexpected from a Lemon Tree hotel. We booked two rooms and stayed for two nights here. To begin with, the hotel badly needs a renovation because ‘Technical problem’ excuse is being used multiple times by their staff. Hot water geysers were not working most of the times and we had to call maintenance team at times ultimately to realise that it will take some more time to fix the issue. Ultimately we had to request for a bucket and made use of electrical kettle to get hot water for our use. The first day we entered and the bed linens , towels were found stained. Such a filthy beginning. While the towels got replaced by a courteous staff lady (the only one having courtesy to talk because the seniors or front desk staff are largely unprofessional). On the last day, due to ‘ technical fault’ in electrical circuit in our floor , there was no electricity supply in our rooms. While this may sound normal, the abnormal part was the insensitive attitude and non caring front desk staff because the power outage was for 1 hour 15 minutes during which I called I called their front desk from my second floor multiple times after waiting calmly for initial fifteen minutes. At first, the front desk team didn’t receive the calls , later when I connected and asked them why they are not bothered about the obvious discomfort being faced by guests like us on the floor with power outage (because they didn’t even visited the floor to check , only electrical team was working at some location) , they said it’s not in their control. I asked that if I am being billed for every minute of my stay then I expect some sensitivity from their staff to at least recognise the discomfort. Then I was told that front office ***ger is on the way to reach my room and discuss the issue( this is after 45 minutes of power outage). When nobody came after 10 minutes, I again called and I was told that he left earlier for my room. Finally after waiting for 20 minutes , I took the stairs to reach ground floor as my family members were also stuck earlier in the lift during this period. When I reached there, I found that there ***ager (Mr. Kunal ) was seating at his desk and unaware of the commitment by his junior officer about his visit to my room. While I shared my frustration and asked for explanation he simply shrugged off and said he informed his chief electrical engineer to talk to me about the fault as it was beyond their control. Then I advised him to rethink and understand what a customer feels in a dark location without ventilation. I asked him to co****sate for the discomfort and he assured that he will do his best. I asked him to come to my floor and explained him all the issues I was facing from day-1 only to realise that he was not sensible enough to even consider the issues. Finally , adding to my frustration , when I reached to pay the final bill , I found that I was not co****sated even a penny of my bills. Even their ***datory service charge

Such an amazing service and impressed by mr.ankit front office staff . they are super sweet and always helpful .perfect example for service from heart .mr.ankit who is very nyc taking care of the customers nature very nice .. Good food and good rooms resturant so good clean and hygenic place ..thank uh for everything..... Thnxx Ankit ..will come soon....

I had very good stay at lemon tree .best hotel .front desk Mr ankit night shift very good person and always helpful taking care ☺️ food is so good breakfast is good room so good. CITRUS CAFE, has always been the highlight, thankyou to CHEF SANJEEV , the buffet was the STAR. Just as you are !! Thankyou to the staff of lemon tree , in whichever city i go , LEMONTREE IS THE ONLY HOTEL OF CHOICE ! Will always cherish the hospitality given Stayed at aerocity delhi, Amritsar, katra , and ***y more !!

The hotel . Ambience and food and service all was good. Rooms are beautiful food is tasty prices are little bit on higher side but tastes very good. Special thanks to Arvind sir for making our stay memorable. Front iffice staff is good and make all efforts to make our checkin nd out easy. Will visit again

It was very nice stay..The staff is very polite and helpful..Rooms were neat and clean ..One of the staff Arvind kumar was very helpful as he provided us early check in with the kids..I recommend you to stay as it is best near the station and very near by golden temple
