Хороший комфортный отель для деловых поездок. В 5ти минутах ходьбы от отеля есть торговый центр с множеством ресторанов. Отель достаточно новый, с хорошим ремонтом, номер симпатичный, матрас удобный. Завтраки обычные для Стамбула, минимальный набор. СПА и открытый бассейн хороши) Неудобная система депозита за мини-бар, если вы не оставляете депозит (100 евро), тогда мини-бар блокируется и пользоваться им как холодильником вы не сможете. При этом никакого перечня продуктов нет, то есть вы не знаете при заезде, что должно там быть и в каком количестве, приемки мини-бара при заезде не ведётся. На второй день обнаружили открытые и пустые баночки после уборки номера. Персонал не для отеля 5 звезд, но и не критично плохо. На рецепшен есть приятная русскоговорящая девушка Мария👍

Checked in no problem. Room was on the 1000 level. The room was fine. Comfy enough bed, decent shower, a little dark but fine. However, at 0044 I had not long fallen asleep and was awoken by some music. To begin with I could not figure out where the music was coming from, I called reception and found out that there was a function on and the music was coming through the walls. The receptionist told me that he would sort it out. He must of as I managed to fall asleep for 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, the tunes came back on but even louder, again I called down to reception. This time I told him if he cant get the music sorted I wanted a room move. he said he'd call back in 5 mins. By this time (0115) I had enough after been travelling since 0600 and up for work at 0800 I was not wiating any longer. I packed what I had left to pack and went down stairs to get moved. Where I had the most uncomfortable experience with the receptionist. I told the guy I wanted a room change, he said he was sorry he didn't have any. I stared at him rather displeased as you would at that time. I said well, what do you suggest?! The volume was ridiculous. After sending the bellboy down to request a volume change again, he shuffled avoiding eye contact and moving around papers. I think he just thought I was going to shrug my shoulders and go back to my bed. I stared at him for a minute more and raised my voice, asked him what the hell is happening? Its nearly 0130 and am standing here tired as F**K, demanded he better sort something out or I wanted the manager. After some more awkwardness he then produced a key card for a different room. I told him all that nonsence in the last ten mins could easily have been avoided. If he didn't lie to me and say there were no rooms. The room ended up being really quiet, however it was like an oven and I could not get it cool. I was knackered so fell asleep anyway. That mattress will need a few days in the sun to dry out the amount I sweated in it. I went down to breakfast in the morning it looked like an ok spread but I was still not in the mood. The bill was already fixed by my company so I didn't even complain to the staff in the morning. I will be telling my company not to use this place again.

Séjour d’une semaine dans cet établissement soit disant 5*. Étant moi même directeur d’un établissement hôtelier en France celui-ci correspond à peine au critère d’un 3* standard. Aucune modernité dans les chambres plutôt vieillottes et abîmées. La douche est moisie à plusieurs endroit surtout en y mettant de la tapisserie, les joints fuis et beaucoup de calcaire. La literie est plutôt agréable et de bonne qualité. Le wifi est une véritable catastrophe, on le capte à peine dans les chambres et le peu qu’il y a est décevant. Bon courage à ceux qui souhaite bosser. Le PDJ est plutôt sympa et varié, il y en a vraiment pour tout les goûts que ce soit en sucré ou en salé, le seul petit problème c’est que les réchauds sèche trop la nourriture. L’établissement est vraiment loin de tout même que l’accès au métro à moins de 100m. Hôtel va bien pour du passage mais pas plus. Je ne recommanderais pas forcément pour des longs séjours, même pour ceux qui viennent pour de la chirurgie.

Genel anlamda iyi. Daha önce de kaldığım bir otel. Bu sefer tuvalette hafif idrar kokusu vardı. Gece saatlerinde otele giriş yaptığım ve sadece 1 gece kalacağım için sorun etmedim. Temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olmalarını öneririm.

С одной стороны как-бы есть плюсы, но к каждому нужно делать оговорку: интересный дизайн номеров, как-бы модерн, достаточно просторно - но уже уставшее состояние, эргономика на 3; близко от моря - но на набережную прямого доступа нет, неблизко идти, через стройку; рядом знаменитая Багдат Авеню, но не самая лучшая её часть, идти через мусор, стройки.. Андроид на телевизоре, но даже ютюб не всегда тянет.. Добираться отсюда везде на такси приходится - в европейскую часть утром 250 лир, вечером назад - 400~500(( С пересадками, метро, паром - сложновато, экономии особой не получается. Завтраков нет (фото из кафешки за углом). Персонал, уборка 4-/3+.. А так место неплохое, да)

Loved our stay at the Bostanci Hotel. Front desk staff was helpful with every detail and patient with language barriers. The complimentary breakfast each morning was varied and delicious. The room was pleasant and quiet. The hotel is a bit far afield for the average tourist, but public transportation is an easy walk -- both to the Marmaray Line to the old city and to the metro to reach Kadikoy. The ferry port is also close. There is also a pleasant and affordable spa which was happily visited by a couple friends traveling with us.

We had to make swift decisions for a visit to Istanbul. I only did a search on the area and booked this hotel without hesitation. After my booking I read some of the reviews here and I have to say I got a bit worried. But all for nothing, the hotel is absolutely lovely. A hotel of that age with still such a high standard is hard to find! We needed a triple room and that room had 2 good beds, a double and a single bed. Not just a fold-up bed squeezed in. So it left enough space in the room. And though not expected in such a lively area, it was quiet at night!! The bathroom always gets my good inspection, very tidy, no mold, good shower, directly hot water, and all the necessities available. The room was very clean, and either we were lucky or things changed. We had all the time wifi reception in our room. Sometimes after being out for a while you had to log in again. And last but not least the staff was so friendly and so helpful. In these days with covid19 restrictions a mask was worn by all. And for breakfast a buffet was served by a waitress from the buffet table. Everything is available, a very good start of the day! We already said we will be back there, the location gives an extra star! There is a parking space at the hotel. You walk out in a very lively area, as opposed as to what others mention, Bagdat Cd is a boulevard with equal kind of shops as you would find in any mall (not only for Armani boys!), only open air! And plenty of restaurants and cafés. It has always been my favorite street for shopping in Istanbul. I do look forward to go back!
