Our stay at the DALI cuusoo Guesthouse was outstanding. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable (5/5). The location is perfect for exploring Dali, with major attractions just a short distance away (5/5). The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed (5/5). The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained, adding to our enjoyable experience (5/5). Dali itself is a charming destination with a rich cultural heritage and beautiful scenery. From the ancient town with its vibrant markets to the serene Erhai Lake, there is so much to see and do. Our stay at the guesthouse made our visit to Dali even more memorable. As a couple, we found the atmosphere both romantic and relaxing. We highly recommend the DALI cuusoo Guesthouse to anyone visiting Dali.

We have stayed at 4 different accommodations during this trip, and this is the best. We have comfort stay, spacious room and great places to rest after a long day outing. Xiao Yun is very good and attentive, always check if everything work well for us. She also recommended a lot of good food nearby. Highly recommended accommodation.

Had a really comfortable stay at cuusoo, I often didn't want to leave the room. My room was huge and everything smelt really nice (such a relief after cigarette smoke everywhere on the streets and in hostels). Best of all are the trio of very nice and friendly girls running the front of house. Xiaoyun and her colleagues helped me to book my shared transport to Shaxi Ancient Town and onward to Lijiang for a reasonable price. And they helped to liaise with the driver, and even texted to make sure I got to my next destination safely. Can't thank them enough for taking care of me and making sure I had everything I need. Location-wise, you are not right smack in the old city, but that's a good thing, because it's really squeezy and crazy in the congested centre. I could always get a Didi car whenever I wanted to come and go, and no one ever had a problem finding cuusoo. Anyway, real value for money, home away from home.

Highly recommend staying at this Inn. The staffs there are all so helpful, nice and friendly. They go extra miles by contacting guests in advance and done up an itinerary for us tourist on where to go, what to do in Dali. Location is good too just within walking distance to the famous ancient town.

Comfortable beds and very friendly staffs, 15 mins walk from the gate

My husband and I stayed at Dali Cuusoo Guesthouse over Chinese New Year and absolutely loved our time there. When we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome by Qin Yun and Xiao Xue. These ladies couldn’t have done more to make us feel comfortable and help us find our way around! They even ran with our bags to our taxi as we were leaving in a hurry (we didn’t realise how difficult it would be to book a taxi during New Year 😅.） We really like the design of the hotel, which is open and bright. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. We didn’t hear a peep from other guests either. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the South Gate of Dali Ancient City, so everything is very accessible but the hotel isn’t right in the middle of the noise and hustle and bustle. A perfect balance. We would highly recommend the Cangshan Mountain hike. The views are spectacular. We will definitely stay at Cuusoo when we are next in Dali. Thank you Qin Yun and Xiao Xue.

Dali Cuusoo guesthouse is a lovely place to stay. Outside of the Ancient Town but just a short walk away down a street that provides you with opportunities to hire ebikes, stone Bbqs for meals, convenience stores and lots of local wood trades people at work. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms spotless and tastefully decorated. Toiletries were nice and plenty of them. Quaint little space with local tea provided. Lovely welcome gift bag with 3 types of tea on our arrival. The friendly staff were always smiling and greeting you as you pass reception. Zhouzhou was super helpful when I hurt my ankle, getting me medicine delivered, helping me with breakfast and evening meals. The staff are responsive to messaging requests. I wanted to change to a room with a bath and that was organised easily. They organised a driver to the train station on our departure. I would recommend this guesthouse and would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in a fairly good location and close to the South Gate of Dali Old Town. The room was comfortable, modern and well appointed. I did not have breakfast during my stay as I wanted to sample different options in Dali. You can hire ebikes from a shop within a 5 minute walk of the hotel and this is the best way to be able to explore Dali.

I really loved the look and feel of this hotel. It was super clean, stylish, and they had great/friendly/responsive service. The location was also quite nice, just a few minute walk to the ancient city and some other great restaurants etc. I would for sure stay here again. ALSO A FANTASTIC ROOF WITH A GREAT VIEW! You can walk up to the roof and see the mountains, the lake, pretty much the whole western part of Dali.

慕名而來，網上看了很多的介紹，因為孩子來附近遊學，最後選擇了未聞山。真的超預期的滿意。先説位置，離古城南門很近，可步行，也可在對面租電動車。再説環境，真的很温馨，以前都是住酒店，第一次住民宿，環境很棒！連住四天，每天都有阿姐及時打掃，補充所需。有專門煮茶的礦泉水，還有額外給的可泡水的紅茶，喝完了再要，管夠。早餐也是定製，現做的，衞生有營養。露台還可以看風景，有洗衣房。住店客人還有免費的拓印體驗。最後説服務，幾位小姐姐特別的貼心，有求必應，微信隨叫隨應。對孩子特別友好有耐心。我家寶最後説下次來還要住在未聞山，小姐姐們對她太好了！如果説有遺憾，那就是天氣不太好，訂的可以看日出的房間，但沒有看到！總之，很滿意的住宿！
